हल्द्वानी : उत्तराखंड परिवहन निगम के तमाम प्रयासों के बावजूद फिलहाल कुमाऊं से देहरादून के लिए बसों का संचालन नहीं हो पाएगा। जसपुर से लेकर हरिद्वार के बीच 110 किमी का सफर तय करने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश से होकर गुजरना पड़ता है। इसलिए परिवहन निगम ने पड़ोसी राज्य के परिवहन विभाग से अनुमति मांगी थी। विभागीय सूत्रों की माने तो फिलहाल उप्र से अनुमति नहीं दी। जिस वजह से कुमाऊं के लोगों को अभी और इंतजार करना पड़ेगा। ऐसे में दून जाने के लिए लोगों के पास सिर्फ ट्रेन का ही विकल्प है।

पिछले एक माह से हल्द्वानी व दून के बीच बसों का संचालन बंद है। कुमाऊं व गढ़वाल मंडल की बसें सिर्फ अपने क्षेत्र में चल रही है। कुमाऊं मंडल की बसों का लास्ट स्टाप जसपुर बार्डर तक है। वहीं, दो सप्ताह पूर्व निगम मुख्यालय ने सभी डिपो से दून, हरिद्वार व ऋषिकेश रूट पर चलने वाली बसों का आंकड़ा मांगा था। उसके बाद उप्र परिवहन विभाग से बसों के संचालन की अनुमति मांगी। फिलहाल परमिशन नहीं मिल सकी। उप्र से अनुमति न मिलने से दून जाने वाले यात्रियों को मायूसी मिली है। उन्हें कुछ दिन और इंतजार करना पड़ेगा। फिलहाल ट्रेन ही एकमात्र यात्रा का सहारा है। उधर, कोराेना पाबंदी में ढील मिलने से यात्रियों की संख्या में इजाफा हो रहा है। ऐसे में परिवहन निगम को घाटा भी हो रहा है। यदि कुछ दिन यही हाल रहा तो महामारी में पहले से खस्ताहाल विभाग की हालत और खराब हो जाएगी।

रोडवेज में बढऩे लगी सवारियां

रोडवेज अफसरों के मुताबिक पिछले तीन दिनों से रोडवेज में सवारियों की संख्या में इजाफा हुआ है। जिस वजह से इनकम का औसत भी कुछ बढ़ा है। स्टेशन इंचार्ज रवि शेखर कापड़ी ने बताया कि गुरुवार को हल्द्वानी डिपो की बसों की कमाई एक लाख तक पहुंच गया। कोविड कफ्र्यू के बाद पहली बार ऐसा हुआ होगा।
