नैनीताल। कोविड गाइडलाइन में ढील मिलते ही इन दिनों नैनीताल
में पर्यटक पहुंचने लगे हैं। पर्यटन गतिविधियां पटरी पर आते ही पर्यटन कारोबारियों के चेहरे खिले हुए हैं।
नैनीताल में कोरोना संक्रमण बढ़ते ही अप्रैल में कोविड कर्फ्यू घोषित कर दिया गया था। नौकायन बंद होने के साथ नगर में प्रवेश के लिए आरटीपीसीआर रिपोर्ट अनिवार्य कर दी गई। साथ ही होटल में ठहरने के नियम भी कड़े कर दिए थे। कोरोना का प्रकोप कम होते ही सरकार ने कोविड कर्फ्यू में ढील दी है। ऐसे में सरकार के ढील देते ही पर्यटकों और कारोबारियों ने राहत की सांस ली है। सोमवार से नैनीझील में नौकायन शुरू होने के साथ ही पंत पार्क में फड़ लगने से शहर की रौनक लौट गई है। पूरे दिन नैनीझील में नौकाएं लहरों के बीच हिलोरे मारतीं नजर आईं और पर्यटकों ने भी इसका जमकर लुत्फ उठाया। पर्यटक पंतपार्क में लगे फड़ों और भोटिया मार्केट से खरीदारी करते नजर आए। इधर देर शाम तक माल रोड में पर्यटकों की चहलकदमी होती रही।
पालिका के ईओ अशोक कुमार वर्मा ने बताया कि नौकाचालकों को कोविड नियमों का पालन करते हुए नौका संचालन करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इधर जू वन प्रभाग के आरओ अजय रावत ने बताया कि जू, बॉटनिकल गार्डन और वाटरफॉल अगली गाइडलाइन के बाद पर्यटकों के लिए खोले जा सकते हैं।
