देहरादून। एक जुलाई से तीन जिलों चमोली, रुद्रप्रयाग व उत्तरकाशी के स्थानीय निवासियों के लिए चारधाम यात्रा खोलने के सरकार के फैसले के मद्देनजर शासन ने इसकी मानक प्रचालन कार्यविधि (एसओपी) का मसौदा तैयार कर लिया है। शनिवार को दिनभर इसकी कवायद चलती रही। रात करीब साढ़े दस बजे मुख्य सचिव ओमप्रकाश ने कहा कि एसओपी रविवार को जारी की जाएगी।

सरकार ने चारधाम वाले जिलों चमोली, रुद्रप्रयाग व उत्तरकाशी की सीमा में रहने वाले निवासियों को कोरोना जांच की निगेटिव रिपोर्ट के साथ धामों में दर्शन की अनुमति देने का निर्णय लिया है। इसके साथ ही 11 जुलाई से प्रदेश के अन्य जिलों के लिए भी चारधाम यात्रा को खोला जाना प्रस्तावित है। इस बीच हाईकोर्ट ने भी सरकार को चारधाम यात्रा के संबंध में नीतिगत निर्णय लेने और पुख्ता व्यवस्था के साथ एसओपी जारी करने के निर्देश दिए थे।

इस मामले में सोमवार को सुनवाई होनी है। इस सबको देखते हुए शनिवार को शासन दिनभर एसओपी तैयार करने की कवायद में जुटा रहा। इस संबंध में दो दौर की बैठकों के बाद आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग की ओर से कोरोना जांच की निगेटिव रिपोर्ट की बाध्यता समेत पांच अन्य बिंदुओं को शामिल करने का सुझाव दिया। देर रात एसओपी के मसौदे को अंतिम रूप दिया गया। अब इसे रविवार को जारी किया जाएगा।

सूत्रों के अनुसार एसओपी में देवस्थानम बोर्ड को व्यवस्था चाक-चौबंद करने के मद्देनजर निर्देश दिए गए हैं। साथ ही चारों धामों में यात्रियों की संख्या का निर्धारण भी किया गया है। जिलाधिकारी किस तरह से यात्रा का सुपरविजन करेंगे, इसका प्रविधान भी एसओपी में किया गया है। यात्रा के लिए नोडल अधिकारी भी नियुक्त किए जाएंगे।
