देहरादून। कोरोना काल में स्कूली बच्चों को आनलाइन शिक्षा के लाभ की जानकारी को लेकर केंद्र सरकार भी अलर्ट है। केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्रालय के प्रोजेक्ट अप्रूवल बोर्ड ने राज्य में स्कूली बच्चों के नामांकन के बाद स्कूल छोड़ने की दर की हकीकत जानने के लिए चाइल्ड ट्रेकिंग करने के निर्देश राज्य सरकार को दिए हैं। साथ ही आनलाइन पढ़ाई के लिए स्मार्ट फोन या टेबलेट की उपलब्धता का डाटा भी एकत्र करने को कहा है। यह भी तय किया गया है कि कोरोना काल में बच्चों की सुरक्षा व स्वच्छता पर ध्यान देने के लिए विद्यालय प्रबंधन समितियों (एसएमसी) को जागरूक किया जाएगा।

उत्तराखंड में समग्र शिक्षा अभियान की वार्षिक कार्ययोजना को मंजूरी देने के लिए प्रोजेक्ट अप्रूवल बोर्ड की मंगलवार को दिल्ली में हुई बैठक में कक्षा एक से आठवीं में बच्चों की नामांकन दर के साथ ही विद्यालय से वंचित बच्चों और पढ़ाई बीच में छोड़ रहे बच्चों को दोबारा मुख्यधारा में लाने पर जोर दिया गया। यह कार्य चाइल्ट ट्रेकिंग के माध्यम से होगा।

शिक्षा सचिव की थपथपाई पीठ

बैठक में पिछले शैक्षिक सत्र में राज्य में विद्यालय बंद रहने के दौरान पढ़ाई की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था के लिए उठाए गए कदमों के लिए शिक्षा सचिव आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम की पीठ थपथपाई गई। पिछले वर्ष छात्र-छात्राओं को दूरदर्शन के माध्यम से पढ़ाई का लाभ दिलाया गया तो प्राथमिक कक्षाओं के छोटे बच्चों को कम्युनिटी रेडियो के माध्यम से पढ़ाई का लाभ देने की कोशिश की गई थी। बोर्ड ने आनलाइन शिक्षा में आड़े आ रही स्मार्ट फोन या टेबलेट के बारे में डाटा तलब किया है। यही नहीं बोर्ड ने राज्य को ज्यादा वित्तीय मदद का भरोसा भी दिया है।

इन सब तैयारियों के लिए शिक्षा सचिव के निर्देश पर आज सभी जिलों के मुख्य शिक्षाधिकारियों व जिला शिक्षाधिकारियों की वर्चुअल बैठक होगी। शिक्षकों की ट्रेनिंग को मजबूत करने पर भी जोर दिया गया है। वर्चुअल बैठक में अकादमिक शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण निदेशक सीमा जौनसारी, समग्र शिक्षा अभियान के अपर राज्य परियोजना निदेशक डा मुकुल कुमार सती समेत शिक्षा विभाग के कई अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
