देहरादून। महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग की ओर से तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार के लिए महिलाओं एवं किशोरियों से 15 जुलाई तक आवेदन मांगे गए हैं। कोई भी महिला एवं किशोरी जिसने सामाजिक, शिक्षा, साहित्य, कला, साहसिक कार्य एवं संस्कृति के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य किया हो इसके लिए आवेदन कर सकती हैं।

विभाग की ओर से यह पुरस्कार 13 महिलाओं एवं किशोरियों को प्रदान किया जाएगा। पुरस्कार के लिए ऐसी महिलाएं एवं किशोरी आवेदन कर सकती हैं, जिन्होंने कठिन परिस्थितियों में जीवनयापन करने वाली महिलाओं एवं बच्चों को सहारा व पुनर्वास देने का कार्य किया हो। साहसिक कार्य किया हो या पर्वतारोहण के क्षेत्र में विशिष्ट उपलब्धि हासिल की हो।

कन्या भ्रूण हत्या रोकने के लिए जागरुकता अभियान चलाकर विशेष प्रयास किया हो, शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण के क्षेत्र में श्रेष्ठता हासिल की हो, महिलाओं को कृषि एवं ग्रामोद्योग के क्षेत्र में तकनीक द्वारा कार्य के बोझ को कम करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया हो। इसके अलावा उन महिलाओं को भी तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार दिया जाएगा, जिन्होंने कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान सामाजिक क्षेत्र में विशिष्ट कार्य किया हो। 

पुरस्कार के लिए इन्हें दी जाएगी वरीयता 
किशोरी श्रेणी के पुरस्कार के लिए आयु 11 से 18 वर्ष एवं महिला श्रेणी के पुरस्कार के लिए की आयु 18 साल से अधिक होनी चाहिए। पुरस्कार के लिए ऐसी महिलाओं एवं किशोरियों को वरीयता दी जाएगी, जिन्होंने लंबे संघर्ष एवं विडंबनाओं से जूझकर सफलता प्राप्त की हो।

निदेशक महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग की ओर से कहा गया कि राज्य स्तरीय चयन समिति की ओर से प्रयास किया जाएगा कि हर जिले से एक किशोरी या महिला को पुरस्कृत किया जाए। नामांकन प्रस्ताव जिलों में विभाग के कार्यालयों में कार्यरत जिला स्तरीय समिति के माध्यम से निदेशालय को भेजे जाएंगे।
