देहरादून। महिला के साथ दुष्कर्म के मामले में फंसे हरिद्वार जिले की ज्वालापुर सीट से भाजपा विधायक सुरेश राठौर निचली कोर्ट के एफआइआर दर्ज करने के आदेश पर रोक लगाने हाईकोर्ट पहुंच गए। कोर्ट में मामला सुनवाई को नहीं आया कि तब तक मुकदमा दर्ज हो गया। अब विधायक ने मामले में गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगाने को लेकर नई याचिका दायर की है। एफआईआर पर रोक लगाने से संबंधित याचिका पर सोमवार को यानी आज सुनवाई नियत है, जिसमें विधायक के अधिवक्ता की ओर से याचिका वापस लेने के लिए प्रार्थना किया जाएगा
हरिद्वार के ज्वालापुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के बीजेपी विधायक सुरेश राठौर के खिलाफ भाजपा की ही महिला नेत्री ने दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगाया था। इस मामले में निचली अदालत के आदेश पर ज्वालापुर कोतवाली पुलिस द्वारा विधायक सुरेश राठौर के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया था। जिसकी जांच जारी है। अब इस मामले में गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए विधायक हाई कोर्ट पहुंच गए हैं। विधायक की ओर से दाखिल याचिका में कहा है कि उन पर दुष्कर्म के आरोप निराधार हैं। आरोप लगाने वाली महिला व उसके पति समेत अन्य लोगों द्वारा उनसे 30 लाख की रंगदारी मांगी गई, जब उनके द्वारा रकम नहीं दी गई तो महिला के पति समेत अन्य लोगों द्वारा उनकी सामाजिक और राजनीतिक छवि को धूमिल करने के की धमकी दी थी।
सुरेश राठौर का कहना है कि यह मुकदमा उन्हें राजनीतिक द्वेष के तहत दर्ज किया गया है। विधायक का यह भी कहना ही कि महिला के द्वारा उनसे बदला लेने व उनको बदनाम करने के लिए उन पर मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। रंगदारी मांगने के मामले में उनके द्वारा महिला समेत उसके पति व अन्य के खिलाफ ज्वालापुर कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। पुलिस ने आरोपियो को रंगदारी मांगने व ब्लैकमेल करने के मामले में गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा था। विधायक के अधिवक्ता आदित्य प्रताप सिंह ने गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगाने संबंधित याचिका दाखिल होने की पुष्टि की है।
