देहरादून। केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल के विस्तार में उत्तराखंड को और प्रतिनिधित्व मिलने की उम्मीद है। सियासी फिजां में इसके लिए चार नाम तैर रहे हैं। इनमें प्रमुख रूप से हालिया राजनीतिक घटनाक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री पद से विदा किए गए तीरथ सिंह रावत शामिल हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त राज्यसभा सदस्य एवं भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय मीडिया प्रमुख अनिल बलूनी, नैनीताल से सांसद अजय भट्ट और इसी साल मार्च में मुख्यमंत्री पद से रुखसत हुए त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत के नाम भी मंत्री पद के दावेदारों में शुमार बताए जा रहे हैं।

उत्तराखंड में अगले वर्ष की शुरुआत में विधानसभा चुनाव होने हैं। ऐसे में माना जा रहा कि उत्तराखंड समेत जिन राज्यों में विधानसभा चुनाव होने हैं, वहां से भाजपा सांसदों अथवा अन्य नेताओं को केंद्र में मंत्री पद दिए जा सकते हैं। इसे देखते हुए राज्य को भी केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल के विस्तार में और जगह मिलने की चर्चा तेज हुई हैं। केंद्र में वर्तमान में उत्तराखंड से हरिद्वार सांसद रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक शिक्षा मंत्री हैं।

दरअसल, इस बीच राज्य की भाजपा सरकार में नेतृत्व परिवर्तन के दो बड़े सियासी घटनाक्रम हुए। इसी वर्ष मार्च में मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत की विदाई हुई। उनके स्थान पर गढ़वाल सांसद तीरथ सिंह रावत को मुख्यमंत्री पद की कमान सौंपी गई। अब उपचुनाव को लेकर संवैधानिक संकट का हवाला देते हुए तीरथ को भी भाजपा हाईकमान ने रुखसत कर प्रदेश की बागडोर दूसरी बार के विधायक पुष्कर सिंह धामी को सौंप दी।

जाहिर है कि प्रदेश सरकार में बार-बार नेतृत्व परिवर्तन को लेकर जनता के बीच से सवाल भी उठने तय हैं। ऐसे में माना जा रहा कि राज्य से केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल में कुछ और प्रतिनिधित्व देकर पार्टी यह संदेश देने का प्रयास करेगी कि उसके लिए उत्तराखंड महत्वपूर्ण है। इस लिहाज से देखें तो गढ़वाल सांसद एवं पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत का दावा मजबूत माना जा रहा है। राज्यसभा सदस्य अनिल बलूनी, सांसद अजय भट्ट भी मंत्री पद के दावेदार हैं। यही नहीं, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत को भी पूर्व में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल में लिए जाने की चर्चा रही है। बदली परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए माना जा रहा कि राज्य को केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल में दो और पद दिए जा सकते हैं।
