देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में कोविड कर्फ्यू आज सुबह छह बजे से 13 जुलाई सुबह छह बजे तक बढ़ा दिया गया है। कोविड कर्फ्यू में कुछ ढील देते हुए शॉपिंग मॉल खोलने की अनुमति दे दी गई है। प्रदेश में सभी शॉपिंग मॉल 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ खुल सकेंगे। लेकिन सिनेमा हॉल, मल्टीपलेक्स व स्वीमिंग पूल अभी नहीं खोले गए हैं, ये अभी बंद ही रहेंगे।

इसके अलावा रविवार को साप्ताहिक बंदी के स्थान पर अब बाजारों को पारंपरिक रूप से खोलने की इजाजत होगी। लेकिन बाजार सुबह आठ बजे से शाम सात बजे तक ही खोले जा सकेंगे।

बाहर से आने वालों के लिए कोविड जांच रिपोर्ट अनिवार्य
प्रदेश सरकार ने दूसरे राज्यों से उत्तराखंड आने वाले लोगों के लिए आरटीपीसीआर, एंटीजन, ट्रू नेट,सीबी नेट और रैपिड एंटीजन टेस्ट की निगेटिव रिपोर्ट की अनिवार्यता को बरकरार रखा है। जिला देहरादून, हरिद्वार, पौड़ी, नैनीताल व ऊधमसिंह नगर जिले के मैदानी क्षेत्रों से पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में जाने के लिए भी कोविड की जांच की निगेटिव रिपोर्ट होना अनिवार्य रहेगा।

ये अभी बंद ही रहेंगे
प्रदेश सरकार ने कोविड कर्फ्यू के दौरान सिनेमा हॉल व स्वीमिंग पूल को बंद रखने का फैसला किया है। साथ ही सभी सामाजिक, राजनीतिक, खेल गतिविधियां, मनोरंजन, शैक्षिक, सांस्कृतिक समारोह में भीड़भाड़ की अनुमति नहीं होगी। अगले आदेश तक ये बंद रहेंगे।

अब पारंपरिक दिवस पर बंद होंगे बाजार
प्रदेश में सभी बाजार सुबह आठ बजे से शाम सात बजे तक खुलेंगे और सप्ताह में पारंपरिक दिवसों पर ही बंद होंगे। अभी तक मसूरी व नैनीताल शहर के बाजारों को मंगलवार व राज्य के अन्य बाजारों को रविवार को बंद रखने की शर्त लागू थी। लेकिन अब सभी बाजार सप्ताह में एक दिन अपने पारंपरिक दिवस पर बंद हो सकेंगे। उस दिवस पर संबंधित निकाय बाजारों का सैनिटाइजेशन करेगा।

राज्य में शॉपिंग मॉल 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के हिसाब से खोलने की अनुमति दे दी गई। धीरे-धीरे अनलॉक किया जा रहा है। लेकिन आरटीपीसीआर निगेटिव रिपोर्ट की अनिवार्यता को बरकरार रखा गया है।
