वीकेंड पर नैनीताल आ रहे हैं तो देख लें ट्रैफिक का नया प्लान, कोरोना की निगेटिव रिपोर्ट भी अनिवार्य

नैनीताल। वीकेंड पर नैनीताल में उमड़ने वाली भीड़ और जाम की समस्या से निपटने के लिए पुलिस ने ट्रैफिक का नया प्लान बनाया है। पर्यटकों के वाहनों पर तीन प्रकार के स्टिकर लगेंगे। दोपहिया वाहन अब रूसी बैंड और नारायण नगर पर रोके जाएंगे। पर्यटकों को शटल वाहन से ही नैनीताल भेजा जाएगा।

एसपी अपराध एवं यातायात देवेंद्र पिंचा ने बताया कि कई पर्यटकों ने एडवांस तौर पर नैनीताल के होटलों में बुकिंग करा ली है। संभावना जताई जा रही है कि शनिवार और रविवार को नैनीताल में पर्यटकों की काफी भीड़ होगी। इस कारण शुक्रवार से बैरियर पर चेकिंग करने के लिए चोरगलिया, कालाढूंगी, हल्द्वानी, लालकुआं, काठगोदाम और रामनगर पुलिस को निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

पर्यटकों के वाहनों पर लगेंगे तीन प्रकार के स्टिकर
पर्यटकों के वाहन पर तीन प्रकार के स्टिकर लगाए जाएंगे। कालाढूंगी तिराहे से सिर्फ नैनीताल जाने वाले वाहन भेजे जाएंगे। भवाली की तरफ जाने वाले पर्यटकों को नैनीताल के मार्ग पर नहीं भेजा जाएगा। कोर्ट जाने वाले वादकारियों, अधिवक्ताओं, पर्वतीय क्षेत्र में रहने वालों को अकारण रोका नहीं जाएगा। नैनीताल में पार्किंग की 75 फीसदी जगह भरने पर सभी वाहनों की पार्किंग नीचे होगी।

पुलिस कर्मियों की ड्यूटी लगाई
यातायात एवं कानून व्यवस्था को चुस्त बनाने के लिए मल्लीताल और तल्लीताल थानों को अतिरिक्त पांच उपनिरीक्षक, 40 आरक्षी जिला पुलिस ने उपलब्ध कराए हैं। आईजी ने पांच उपनिरीक्षक, 20 सिपाहियों को भेजा है। पुलिस कार्यालयों से भी पांच उपनिरीक्षक, तीन हेड कांस्टेबल, 50 सिपाहियों को ड्यूटी पर लगाया गया है।

निगेटिव रिपोर्ट नहीं देने पर 266 पर्यटकों को वापस भेजा
पुलिस ने कोरोना निगेटिव रिपोर्ट नहीं दिखाने पर 266 लोगों को जिले की सीमा से बाहर भेज दिया। एसएसपी प्रीति प्रियदर्शिनी के निर्देश पर एमबीआर बैरियर चोरगलिया, बेल बाबा बैरियर, टीपीनगर, सुभाष नगर बैरियर, मालधन बैरियर रामनगर, गडप्पू बैरियर कालाढूंगी, क्वारब बैरियर भवाली, धानाचूली बैंड मुक्तेश्वर के माध्यम से पुलिस कर्मियों ने जिले की सीमा में प्रवेश करने वाले 586 वाहनों में सवार 1815 लोगों की चेकिंग की।

इनमें से कोविड-19 टेस्ट आरटी पीसीआर, रैपिड एंटीजन टेस्ट नहीं कराने वाले 266 व्यक्तियों के 82 वाहनों को पुलिस ने जिले की सीमाओं से वापस भेज दिया। पुलिस ने निगेटिव रिपोर्ट मिलने पर 504 वाहनों से आए 1550 पर्यटकों को प्रवेश दिया है। बुधवार को भी पुलिस ने निगेटिव रिपोर्ट नहीं मिलने पर 350 लोगों को वापस भेज दिया था।
