हल्द्वानी। प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा 100 यूनिट बिजली मुफ्त देने की घोषणा पर पूर्व सीएम व कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव हरीश रावत ने अपने अंदाज में फेसबुक पर प्रतिक्रिया दी है। कहा कि 100 यूनिट ही क्यों, डबल इंजन वाली सरकार बहादुर चाहे तो 200 यूनिट भी बिजली मुफ्त दे सकती है। लोगों को अच्छा लगेगा।

लेकिन पहले 24 घंटे बिना कटौती के बिजली की व्यवस्था बनाईये। और घोषणा से पहले पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन का खाता भी चेक करें कि क्या स्थिति है। हरदा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस ने बिजली क्षेत्र में पहले भी सुधार किए हैं। और वापसी के बाद और किए जाएंगे। उसके बाद पहले साल में 100 मिनट तक और दूसरे में 200 यूनिट प्रति परिवार फ्री बिजली मिलेगी। इस योजना का भार विद्युत ढांचे पर नहीं आने दिया जाएगा। साथ ही उपभोक्ता को पॉवर कट जैसी जहालतें भी नहीं झेलनी पड़ेगी।

पूर्व सीएम हरीश रावत ने कहा कि सरकार को चुनावी साल में किए गए ऐलान को तत्काल लागू करना चाहिए। कहीं ऐसा न हो कि चुनाव निकलने पर इसे लागू करने का जिम्मा दूसरी सरकार पर आये। हरदा के मुताबिक ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में औसत बिजली उपलब्धता घटकर 14 घंटे आ गई है। लेकिन इस व्यवस्था को सुधारने में किसी का ध्यान नहीं आया।

वहीं, सलाह देते हुए कहा कि ऊर्जा निगम की वित्तीय स्थिति से लेकर उत्पादन की स्थिति का एक ब्यौरा भी तो राज्य के लोगों के सम्मुख रखिये। साथ ही यह भी बताएं कि 200 मेगावाट सोलर प्लांट योजना का काम कितना आगे बड़ा है। बस याद रखना अगर आप नहीं करोगे तो, कांग्रेस तो आ ही रही है। फिर जनता के लिए यह सब हम ही करेंगे।
