देहरादून। उत्तराखंड बोर्ड परीक्षाओं का परिणाम तैयार करने में जुटे शिक्षकों ने अटल उत्कृष्ट स्कूलों के लिए होने जा रही शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया को फिलहाल स्थगित करने की मांग की है। शिक्षकों का कहना है कि परिणाम पूरा तैयार होने के बाद ही भर्ती के लिए शिक्षकों की स्क्रीनिंग होनी चाहिए। इस संबंध में अनुसूचित जाति जनजाति शिक्षक एसोसिएशन ने मुख्यमंत्री और शिक्षा मंत्री को ज्ञापन प्रेषित किया है।
उत्तराखंड के प्रांतीय अध्यक्ष संजय भाटिया ने कहा कि 15 जुलाई को शिक्षक चयन परीक्षा होनी है, जिसमें 797 पदों के लिए प्रदेश के लगभग चार हजार शिक्षकों द्वारा प्रतिभाग करने जा रहे हैं। लेकिन बोर्ड परीक्षाओं के मूल्यांकन कार्य के चलते शिक्षक व्यस्त हैं। ऐसे में इन शिक्षकों के सामने दिक्कत पैदा हो रही है। ज्ञापन में शिक्षकों ने अटल उत्कृष्ट स्कूलों में 100 फीसद नियुक्ति विभागीय परीक्षा से करने की मांग भी की है। शिक्षकों का कहना है कि नई सोच के विद्यालयों में 75 फीसद स्टाफ पुराना रखा जा रहा है। केवल 25 फीसद नई नियुक्तियां होने जा रही हैं। यह व्यवस्था बदलते हुए 100 फीसद पद विभागीय भर्ती के माध्यम से किए जाने चाहिए।
