देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री कैम्प कार्यालय में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना शहरी के अन्तर्गत मसूरी देहरादून विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा निर्मित 240 ई.डब्ल्यू.एस लाभार्थियों को आवास कब्जा स्थानान्तरण कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने 10 लाभार्थियों को आवास कब्जा प्रदान किया। शेष सभी लाभार्थियों को मसूरी देहरादून विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा आवास के कब्जे दिये जा रहे हैं। आलयम् आवासीय योजना के तहत ये आवास आमवाला, तरला, सहस्त्रधारा रोड़ में बनाये गये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा जिन लाभार्थियों को आवास का कब्जा दिया गया उनमें  रश्मि पाण्डेय,  निताशा सैनी,  रामबती,  संतोष सिंह, इकादशी भट्ट,श्रीती रेनू,  बबीता रावत,  सतपाल  शालू,  आरती शामिल हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि गरीबों के कल्याण के लिए प्रधानमंत्री  नरेन्द्र मोदी जी द्वारा चलाई गई प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना से अनेक जरूरतमंद लोगों के अपने घर का सपना पूरा हो रहा है। आर्थिक रूप से गरीबों के लिए लिए यह योजना वरदान साबित हुई है। इस योजना के तहत लाभार्थियों को मात्र 06 लाख रूपये में आवास मिल रहा है। जिसमें से 1.50 लाख केन्द्रांश एवं 01 लाख राज्यांश दिया जा रहा है। लाभार्थी को केवल 3.50 लाख रूपये में आवास प्राप्त हो रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत बनने वाले आवासों के कार्यों में तेजी लाई जायेगी।

उपाध्यक्ष मसूरी देहरादून विकास प्राधिकरण  रणवीर सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि आमवाला, तरला, सहस्त्रधारा रोड़ में ई.डब्ल्यू.एस के लिए कुल 240 आवास बनाये गये हैं। जिसमें 15 ब्लॉक्स एवं 30 पार्किंग बनाई गई है। इस परियोजना के तहत आवासीय ईकाई का सुपर ऐरिया 505.04 वर्ग फुट एवं आच्छादित क्षेत्रफल 237.56 वर्ग फुट है। नगर निगम द्वारा चिन्हित पात्र अभ्यार्थियों में से लॉटरी द्वारा आंवटियों का चयन किया गया है।

इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री  गणेश जोशी, मेयर  सुनील उनियाल गामा, विधायक  उमेश शर्मा काऊ, सचिव मसूरी देहरादून विकास प्राधिकरण  पी.सी. दुमका एवं सभी लाभार्थी मौजूद थे।
