देहरादून। नैसर्गिक सौंदर्य से परिपूर्ण उत्तराखंड को वर्ष 2027 तक विश्व प्रसिद्ध पर्यटक प्रदेश बनाने का धामी सरकार का लक्ष्य है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को दिल्ली के दूसरे दौरे से लौटने के बाद मीडिया से बातचीत में यह बात कही। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य की आर्थिकी में पर्यटन की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। इसे देखते इसी हिसाब से कदम उठाए जाएंगे। उन्होंने दिल्ली में केंद्रीय पर्यटन मंत्री से मुलाकात के दौरान इस बारे में उन्होंने विमर्श किया। साथ ही ऋषिकेश को विश्व पर्यटन के मानचित्र पर उभारने के लिए भी प्रभावी कदम उठाए जाएंगे।

इंटरनेट से जुड़ेंगे छह हजार सीमांत गांव

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के सीमांत गांवों को संचार कनेक्टिविटी से जोड़ने पर भी सरकार का खास फोकस है। केंद्रीय सूचना एवं प्रोद्योगिकी मंत्री से मुलाकात के दौरान उन्होंने राज्य के छह हजार सीमांत गांवों को भारत नेट के माध्यम से इंटरनेट से जोड़ने के संबंध में वार्ता की। उन्होंने कहा कि यह प्रोजेक्ट अंतिम चरण में है। जल्द ही इन गांवों को इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी से जोड़ा जाएगा।

रेल कनेक्टिविटी पर भी जोर

मुख्यमंत्री ने रेल मंत्री से हुई मुलाकात का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि चारधाम के लिहाज से महत्वपूर्ण ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल परियोजना का निर्माण कार्य तेजी से पूरा हो, इस पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है। इसके अलावा ऋषिकेश से उत्तरकाशी के लिए रेल लाइन के लिए सर्वे करने, डोईवाला-ऋषिकेश लाइन को दुरुस्त करने, टनकपुर-बागेश्वर के बीच ब्राड गेज की रेल लाइन का सर्वे पूर्ण करने, रुड़की-देवबंद रेल लाइन आदि के बारे में भी रेल मंत्री से विचार-विमर्श किया गया।
