देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में मौसम का मिजाज बदल रहा है। राजधानी देहरादून समेत प्रदेश के कई इलाकों में शुक्रवार देर रात से हो रही बारिश शनिवार सुबह थमी। वहीं, कुमाऊं के सभी जिलों में बादल छाए हुए हैं। उधर, गढ़वाल में भी बारिश के बाद मौसम सुहावना बना हुआ है। 

वहीं, मौसम विज्ञानियों के मुताबिक शनिवार को भी अधिकतम तापमान 34 डिग्री के आसपास रह सकता है। वहीं, अगले 24 घंटे में देहरादून, नैनीताल, अल्मोड़ा, चंपावत जैसे जिलों में कहीं-कहीं भारी से भारी बारिश की संभावना है। 

राजधानी दून व आसपास के इलाकों में शुक्रवार को अधिकतम तापमान 34.6 डिग्री पहुंचने से लोगों को जबरदस्त गर्मी का सामना करना पड़ा। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक अधिकतम तापमान में सामान्य से चार डिग्री की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई।

चटक धूप से दिन की शुरुआत हुई, हालांकि कुछ देर बादल भी छाए, लेकिन दिन चढ़ने के साथ ही बादल छट गए और लोगों को जबरदस्त गर्मी का सामना करना पड़ा। पिछले दिनों झमाझम बारिश होने से तापमान 30 डिग्री के नीचे चला गया था।

बारिश होने पर घर छोड़ देते हैं ग्रामीण
चमोली में अलकनंदा और गदेरे के कटाव से देवलीबगड़ और सोनला गांव को खतरा बना हुआ है। स्थिति यह है कि भारी बारिश होने पर ग्रामीण घरों को छोड़ने के लिए मजबूर हैं। प्रभावित ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि कई बार जिलाधिकारी से अलकनंदा व गदेरे की ओर से बाढ़ सुरक्षा कार्य करने की मांग की गई, लेकिन इस ओर ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है।

बदरीनाथ हाईवे पर स्थित सोनला गांव में एससी-एसटी के लगभग 50 परिवार रहते हैं। पिछले कुछ समय से मकानों के ऊपर से भूस्खलन हो रहा है। मंगरोली गांव के पूर्व प्रधान तेजवीर कंडेरी, सुमन सजवाण, अनसूया सजवाण, थान सिंह, करण सिंह और पार्वती देवी का कहना है कि गांव की अलकनंदा नदी से सुरक्षा के लिए कई बार सिंचाई विभाग और प्रशासन से गुहार लगाने के बावजूद कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही है।

वहीं, देवलीबगड़ गांव को भी अलकनंदा और गांव के समीप ही बह रहे गदेरे से खतरा बना हुआ है। ग्रामीण मोहन सिंह राणा और देव सिंह का कहना है कि हर साल भूस्खलन से गांव में कृषि भूमि व भवनों को नुकसान पहुंचता है। कहा कि एससी-एसटी वाले गांवों के लिए स्पेशल कंपोनेंट प्लान से बाढ़ सुरक्षा व अन्य कार्यों के लिए अलग से बजट आवंटित किया जाता है, लेकिन अधिकारियों की उदासीनता के चलते प्रतिवर्ष यह बजट सिंचाई विभाग व जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग की ओर से लौटा (सरेंडर) दिया जाता है। ग्रामीणों ने एससीपी (स्पेशल कंपोनेंट प्लान) के तहत बाढ़ सुरक्षा कार्य करने की मांग उठाई।
