हरिद्वार। कोरोना के खतरे को देखते हुए 24 जुलाई को गुरु पूर्णिमा का पर्व स्नान सांकेतिक होगा। श्री गंगा सभा और तीर्थ पुरोहित ही सांकेतिक रूप से पूजन कर स्नान करेंगे। हालांकि, 72 घंटे पूर्व की आरटीपीसीआर निगेटिव रिपोर्ट लाने पर गुरुओं के दर्शन कर आशीर्वाद लेने की अनुमति दी गई है। निगेटिव रिपोर्ट से श्रद्धालु हरिद्वार तो आ सकेंगे, लेकिन गंगा में स्नान नहीं कर पाएंगे। हरकी पैड़ी समेत सभी घाटों पर पुलिस की कड़ी चौकसी रहेगी।

कांवड़ मेला स्थगित होने के बाद हरिद्वार जिले के बॉर्डर पर पुलिस की सख्ती बढ़ा दी गई है। 24 जुलाई को गुरु पूर्णिमा है और 25 जुलाई से श्रावण मास भी शुरू हो रहा है। देश के अलग-अलग कोनों में रहने वाले भक्त गुरु पूर्णिमा पर हरिद्वार में रहने वाले अपने गुरुओं का पूजन करने आते हैं, लेकिन इस बार भक्तों को गुरु से आशीर्वाद लेने आने के लिए अपनी 72 घंटे पूर्व की कोविड निगेटिव रिपोर्ट लानी होगी। बॉर्डर पर निगेटिव रिपोर्ट दिखाकर ही प्रवेश मिलेगा। हालांकि, इसके बाद भी गंगा स्नान पर रोक रहेगी। डीएम सी रविशंकर ने बृहस्पतिवार को इसके आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड-19 संक्रमण के प्रसार के दृष्टिगत उत्तराखंड सरकार ने सावन में कांवड़ यात्रा पर प्रतिबंध लगाया है। गुरु पूर्णिमा पर बाहरी राज्यों के श्रद्धालुओं के हरिद्वार आने की संभावना है। इससे संक्रमण के प्रसार की आशंका हो सकती है। लिहाजा गुरु पूर्णिमा पर्व स्नान सांकेतिक होगा। पुलिस और प्रशासन के अधिकारी 24 जुलाई को कोविड-19 के संबंध में केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार की गाइडलाइन का सख्ती से पालन कराएंगे।

मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया (एसओपी) के अनुपालन के साथ सांकेतिक रूप से गुरु पूर्णिमा का पर्व मनाया जाएगा। एसएसपी डी सेंथिल अबूदई कृष्णराज एस ने बताया कि गुरु पूर्णिमा पर हरकी पैड़ी पर पुलिस का कड़ा पहरा रहेगा। बॉर्डर पर भी सख्ती की जाएगी। गुरु का पूजन करने आने वालों को आरटीपीसीआर निगेटिव रिपोर्ट दिखानी होगी।

यूपी और हरियाणा के लिए टैंकरों से जाएगा गंगाजल
कोविड के खतरे के मद्देनजर कांवड़ मेला-2021 प्रतिबंधित है। ऐसे में बाहरी राज्यों के कांवड़ियों के हरिद्वार में प्रवेश पर रोक है। डीएम सी रविशंकर ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड सरकार ने उत्तर प्रदेश के सहारनपुर, मुजफ्फरनगर, बिजनौर, मेरठ, हरियाणा के यमुनानगर, करनाल के लिए टैंकरों के माध्यम से गंगाजल उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। डीएम ने यूपी और हरियाणा के संबंधित जिलों के डीएम और उपायुक्त को पत्र भेजकर उनके जिलों में गंगाजल वितरित किए जाने के स्थान का चिह्नीकरण कर रिपोर्ट देने के लिए कहा है ताकि वहां टैंकरों के माध्यम से गंगाजल उपलब्ध कराया जा सके।

गुरु पूर्णिमा सनातन धर्म का बड़ा उत्सव है। पर्व मनाना भी जरूरी है। पुलिस-प्रशासन कोविड नियमों का पालन कराते हुए शिष्यों को भक्तों से मिलने की अनुमति दे। भले ही आश्रमों में कार्यक्रम सांकेतिक रूप से मनाए जाएं।
