देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में भूमाफिया पर अंकुश लगाना पुलिस के लिए चुनौती बन गया है। भूमाफिया भोली भाली जनता से करोड़ों रुपये की ठगी करके विदेशों में बैठ जाते हैं, जबकि पुलिस आरोपितों के खिलाफ मुकदमे दर्ज करने तक ही सीमित रहती है। पुलिस मुख्यालय ऐसे भूमाफिया पर गैंगस्टर लगाकर उनकी संपत्ति अटैच करने के आदेश जारी कर चुका है, लेकिन जिलों में इस पर अभी तक अमल नहीं हुआ।

राजधानी में ही हर दिन जमीन से जुड़े धोखाधड़ी के मामले सामने आ रहे हैं। कुछ मामलों में तो पुलिस मुकदमे दर्ज कर देती है, जबकि कई मामलों में मुकदमा दर्ज करवाने में ही कई साल लग जाते हैं। कार्रवाई होने तक भूमाफिया ठगी के पैसे को ठिकाने लगा देते हैं। कई ऐसे मामले भी हैं जिनमें आरोपितों के खिलाफ जमीन संबंधी धोखाधड़ी के पांच से अधिक मुकदमे दर्ज हैं, लेकिन पुलिस उनके खिलाफ गैंगस्टर नहीं लगाती।

करोड़ों रुपये लेकर दुबई में बैठा बिल्डर

फ्लैट बेचने के नाम पर पुष्पांजलि रियल एस्टेट एम इंफोटेक का डायरेक्टर दीपक मित्तल निवेशकों से करोड़ों रुपये लेकर विदेश चला गया। राजपुर व डालनवाला कोतवाली में दीपक मित्तल के खिलाफ छह से अधिक मुकदमे दर्ज हो चुके हैं। पिछले एक साल से निवेशक थानों के चक्कर काट रहे हैं, लेकिन अब तक न तो उन्हें फ्लैट मिल पाए और ना पैसा।

हांगकांग का निवासी, दून में धोखाधड़ी का मुकदमा

राजपुर थाने में मयूर जयरथ व अंशुल जयरथ के खिलाफ जमीन धोखाधड़ी के दो मुकदमे दर्ज हो चुके हैं। दोनों भाइयों ने एक बिल्डर व एक बिजनेसमैन से धोखाधड़ी की है। अंशुल जयरथ हांगकांग में रहता है, ऐसे में पुलिस ने उसे बुलाने के लिए नोटिस भेजा है। सीओ रायपुर पल्लवी त्यागी ने बताया कि यदि वह बयान देने नहीं आता तो लुक आउट नोटिस जारी किया जाएगा।

उत्तराखंड के पुलिस महानिदेशक अशोक कुमार का कहना है कि जमीन धोखाधड़ी के मामलों में आरोपितों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। जिन व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ अधिक मुकदमे दर्ज हैं उनके खिलाफ गैंगस्टर के तहत कार्रवाई करने को कहा गया है। भूमाफिया पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए जल्द बड़ी कार्रवाई होगी।
