देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में मौसम ने फिर करवट बदली है। राजधानी देहरादून समेत प्रदेश के कई इलाकों में मंगलवार सुबह से ही बारिश जारी है। वहीं, यमुनोत्री हाईवे खनेड़ा पुल के पास मलबा और बोल्डर आने से बंद हो गया है। हाईवे को खोलने के लिए जेसीबी लगाई गई है।

उधर, मौसम विभाग ने देहरादून समेत पांचों जिलों में अगले 24 घंटे के भीतर भारी बारिश की संभावना जताई है।  पिथौरागढ़, बागेश्वर, नैनीताल, पौड़ी जैसे जिलों के लिए रेड अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। 

देहरादून के जिलाधिकारी डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार ने आपदा प्रबंधन से जुड़े तमाम विभागों के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि वे अपने अपने क्षेत्रों में सतर्क रहें। उपजिलाधिकारियों को अपने अपने इलाकों से आपदा प्रबंधन से जुड़ी तमाम जानकारियां लेने के साथ ही आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग को मुहैया कराने के लिए निर्देशित किया है।

जिलाधिकारी का कहना है कि यदि किसी भी अधिकारी के स्तर में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बरती गई तो संबंधित अधिकारी के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। साथ ही दून में रिस्पना और बिंदाल जैसी नदियों के किनारे बसी बस्तियों पर भी नजर रखने की हिदायत दी है।

इसके अलावा नदियों का जलस्तर बढ़ने पर किनारे बसे लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर पहुंचाने के इंतजाम करने की बात कही। इसके लिए सरकारी स्कूलों के साथ ही सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में व्यवस्थाओं को दुरुस्त करने को कहा है। 

जिलाधिकारी का कहना है कि यदि किसी भी अधिकारी के स्तर में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बरती गई तो संबंधित अधिकारी के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। साथ ही दून में रिस्पना और बिंदाल जैसी नदियों के किनारे बसी बस्तियों पर भी नजर रखने की हिदायत दी है।
