देहरादून। दून के क्लेमेनटाउन क्षेत्र स्थित एक नशा मुक्ति केंद्र में भर्ती चार युवतियों ने संचालक पर दुष्कर्म के आरोप लगाए हैं। केंद्र संचालक की हरकतों के कारण ही युवतियां मौका पाकर भाग गईं थीं, जिन्हें पुलिस ने रेस कोर्स स्थित एक होटल से बरमाद कर लिया था। पुलिस की पूछताछ में युवतियों ने आपबीती सुनाई। इसके बाद मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए पुलिस ने कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। वहीं, मामले में महिला आयोग भी सक्रिय हो गया है।

एसओ धर्मेंद्र रौतेला ने बताया कि प्रकृति विहार, टर्नर रोड, क्लेमेनटाउन में स्थित वाक एंड विन सोबेर लीविंग होम एंड काउंसिलिंग सेंटर नशा मुक्ति केंद्र में फरवरी में पांच युवतियों को नशा छुड़वाने के लिए भर्ती कराया गया था। बीते गुरुवार की शाम करीब पौने छह बजे मौका देखकर युवतियों ने गेट का ताला खोला और फरार गई। केंद्र के संचालक को जब जानकारी मिली तो उन्होंने पुलिस को सूचना दी।

एसओ ने बताया कि केंद्र में कुल पांच युवतियां थीं, जिनमें से चार भाग गई थीं। इनमें से तीन देहरादून और एक रुड़की की रहने वाली हैं। पुलिस ने युवतियों के घरों का पता कर स्वजन से भी संपर्क किया था। इस बीच पुलिस ने सभी चेक पोस्ट पर चेकिंग की और होटलों में भी संपर्क किया। शुक्रवार को रेसकोर्स स्थित एक होटल में युवतियों के ठहरे होने की सूचना मिली। जिस पर पुलिस ने युवतियों को पकड़ लिया।

हालांकि, इसके बाद युवतियों से हुई पूछताछ में चौंकाने वाले खुलासे हुए। युवतियों ने केंद्र संचालक पर दुष्कर्म के आरोप लगाए। बताया कि इसी वजह से वे केंद्र से भागीं थीं। पुलिस ने युवतियों की पीड़ा सुनने के बाद नशा मुक्ति केंद्र से जुड़े दो व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। आरोपितों से पूछताछ की जा रही है।

उत्तराखंड महिला आयोग ने लिया संज्ञान

मामले में राज्य महिला आयोग ने संज्ञान लेते हुए इस पर नाराजगी जताई है। आयोग ने जल्द ही एसएसपी को मामले की जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं। आयोग की अध्यक्ष विजय बड़थ्वाल ने कहा कि अभी उन्हें इस मामले का पता चला है। हालांकि, अभी आयोग के पास इस मामले में किसी की शिकायत प्राप्त नहीं हुई है, लेकिन सूचना के आधार पर आयोग ने इसका संज्ञान लिया है और पुलिस से शीघ्र मामले की पारदर्शी जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आयोग लगातार महिलाओं को सशक्त करने उन्हें जागरुक कर रहा है। इधर, सामाजिक संगठनों में भी इस मामले में रोष है।
