लालकुआं : केंद्रीय रक्षा एवं पर्यटन राज्य मंत्री अजय भट्ट के स्वागत में बुधवार को निकाली गई जन आशीर्वाद रैली के दौरान लालकुआं विधायक नवीन दुम्का और पूर्व दर्जा मंत्री हेमंत द्विवेदी के बीच कोहनी वार चर्चाओं में आ गया। बुधवार से ही इंटरनेट मीडिया पर विधानसभा सीट से दावेदारी से जोड़कर देखा जा रहा यह मुद्दा सबकी जुबान पर है। इसको लेकर वीडियो व फोटो इंटरनेट मीडिया पर लगातार शेयर किए जा रहे हैं।

बुधवार को जन आशीर्वाद यात्रा के दौरान रथ पर केंद्रीय मंत्री भट्ट के बराबर में खड़े होने को लेकर पूर्व दर्जा मंत्री द्विवेदी और विधायक दुम्का के बीच कोहनी वार हो गया। जिसे मौके पर मौजूद पत्रकारों व कार्यकर्ताओं अपने कैमरों व मोबाइल में कैद कर लिया। वायरल हुए वीडियो में दिख रहा है कि रथ में पहले से ही सवार दर्जा मंत्री के पीछे से अचानक विधायक आते हैं।

वह अपनी कोहनी से दर्जा मंत्री को पीछे धकेलते हुए जनता का अभिवादन करने लगते हैं। उस दौरान ही भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं ने इस दृश्य को लेकर चर्चा शुरू कर दी थी लेकिन गुरुवार को कई कार्यकर्ताओं ने इसे फेसबुक और वाट्सएप ग्रुप में वायरल कर दिया। समाचार पोर्टलों में भी यह चलने लगा। मामले को 2022 में विधानसभा सीट से दावेदारी से जोड़कर भी देखा जा रहा है।

प्रोटोकाल के तहत काम किया

विधायक नवीन दुम्का ने बताया कि प्रोटोकाल के तहत जन आशीर्वाद रैली में केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री के बगल में मेरा स्थान होना था। इसलिए मैं रथ पर अपने स्थान पर खड़ा होने के लिए गया। इस दौरान अगर किसी को थोड़ा इधर-उधर होना पड़ा तो उसमें मैं क्या कर सकता हूं। इस मामले में पार्टी के जिलाध्यक्ष व अन्य वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारियों के राय ली जा सकती है।

रथ पर विधायक जी के लिए छोड़ी थी जगह

पूर्व दर्जा राज्यमंत्री हेमंत द्विवेदी का कहना है कि मैंने पार्टी के युवा मोर्चा से लेकर मेन बॉडी तक के महत्वपूर्ण पदों के साथ ही सरकार में कई जिम्मेदारी निभाई है। पार्टी का अनुशासित कार्यकर्ता होने के नाते में केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री के स्वागत में गया था। रथ पर विधायक जी के लिए पूरी जगह छोड़ी गई थी। प्रोटोकाल व अनुशासन का पूरा ध्यान रखा गया। इसके बाबजूद कोहनी किसने मारी यह सब वीडियो में स्पष्ट दिखाई दे रहा है।
