देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में बीए पास लाखों युवाओं के सपने पर पीसीएस परीक्षा का पैटर्न भारी साबित हो रहा है। अब तक प्रदेश में पांच पीसीएस परीक्षाएं हुई हैं, जिनमें से पीसीएस-2016 परीक्षा में यह बात खुलकर सामने आई है। अब युवा गणित का पेपर हटाने की मांग कर रहे हैं।

दरअसल, देहरादून निवासी युवक ने आरटीआई के तहत उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग से पीसीएस-2016 में चुने गए युवाओं की योग्यता की जानकारी मांगी। जानकारी चौंकाने वाली है। पीसीएस मुख्य परीक्षा में कुल 190 युवाओं ने मुख्य परीक्षा का पड़ाव पार किया। इनमें से 173 युवा ऐसे हैं, जो कि बीटेक, बीई या बीएससी यानी मैथ्स बैकग्राउंड वाले थे। केवल 17 युवा ही ऐसे थे, जो कि बीए पास थे।

इसके बाद जब अंतिम चयन परिणाम आया तो प्रदेश में 57 पीसीएस अधिकारी चुने गए। इनमें से केवल पांच ही बीए वाले थे बाकी 52 इंजीनियरिंग, साइंस बैकग्राउंड वाले थे। सालों से पीसीएस की तैयारी कर रहे युवाओं का कहना है कि ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि उत्तराखंड पीसीएस का जो पैटर्न है, उसमें गणित का सातवां पेपर काफी मुश्किल है। उनका कहना है कि इस पेपर की वजह से ही पीसीएस बनने का सपना बीए पास युवाओं के हाथ से निकल रहा है। आपको बता दें कि इन दिनों पीसीएस परीक्षा के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया चल रही है। इसके लिए 30 अगस्त तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

यह है उत्तराखंड में पीसीएस का पैटर्न
पीसीएस प्री परीक्षा में दो पेपर होते हैं। पहला पेपर सामान्य अध्ययन का है, जिसमें 150 अंकों के 150 सवाल पूछे जाते हैं। दूसरा पेपर जनरल एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट है, जिसमें 150 अंकों के 100 सवाल पूछे जाते हैं। दूसरा पेपर क्वालिफाइंग है, जिसमें हर उम्मीदवार को 33 प्रतिशत अंक लाने अनिवार्य हैं। पीसीएस मुख्य परीक्षा में कुल सात पेपर होते हैं। पहला पेपर लैंग्वेज का होता है। दूसरा पेपर भारत का इतिहास, राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन एवं संस्कृति का है।

तीसरा पेपर भारतीय राजव्यवस्था, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय संबंध का है। चौथा पेपर भारत एवं विश्व का भूगोल का है। पांचवां पेपर आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक विकास का है। छठा पेपर सामान्य विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी का है और सातवां पेपर सामान्य अभिरूचि एवं आचार शास्त्र का है। इसमें भाषा के पेपर में सभी को कम से कम 35 प्रतिशत अंक लाने अनिवार्य हैं। सातवें पेपर में गणित के सवाल पूछे जाते हैं, जिसे उम्मीदवार हटाने की मांग कर रहे हैं।

सिविल सेवा और यूपी पीसीएस में नहीं है गणित की मुश्किल
संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की ओर से होने वाले सिविल सेवा परीक्षा और उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग की ओर से होने वाले पीसीएस परीक्षा में गणित का मुद्दा नहीं है। सिविल सेवा मुख्य परीक्षा में कुल नौ पेपर होते हैं, जिनमें से आठवां और नौंवा पेपर वैकल्पिक है। वहीं, यूपी पीसीएस में कुल आठ पेपर होते हैं, जिनमें से सातवां और आठवां पेपर वैकल्पिक होता है।
