देहरादून। स्वास्थ्य विभाग व पशुपालन विभाग में फार्मेसिस्ट भर्ती की मांग को लेकर आंदोलित बेरोजगार डिप्लोमा (एलोपैथिक) फार्मेसिस्टों ने परेड मैदान से सचिवालय कूच किया। पर, पुलिस ने सचिवालय से पहले ही बैरिकेडिंग लगाकर रोक दिया। जिस पर पुलिस-प्रदर्शनकारियों के बीच तीखी नोकझोंक हुई। इस पर बेरोजगार फार्मेसिस्ट वहीं धरने पर बैठ गए।

महासंघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महादेव गौड़ ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य

विभाग ने आइपीएचएस मानकों का हवाला देकर फार्मेसिस्ट के रिक्त पदों पर भर्ती से साफ इंकार कर दिया है, जिससे बेरोजगार फार्मेसिस्टों में रोष व्याप्त है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज दूरस्थ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जहां चिकित्सक जानें से कतराते है, वहां पर फार्मेसिस्ट महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। बावजूद इसके इस महत्वपूर्ण संवर्ग की अनदेखी की जा रही है।

उन्होंने साल 2005-06 में उपकेंद्रों पर सृजित फार्मेसिस्टों के 536 पद आइपीएचएस के मानकों में शिथिलता प्रदान करते हुए यथावत रखने, रिक्त पदों पर तत्काल भर्ती, 600 स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर संविदा के आधार पर की जा रही भर्ती के बजाए नियमित भर्ती, 1368 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों पर फार्मेसिस्ट के पद सृजित कर भर्ती, राजकीय मेडिकल कालेजों में फार्मेसिस्ट संवर्ग का ढांचा, पशुपालन विभाग के अंतर्गत 845 पशु सेवा केंद्रों और पशु चिकित्सा फार्मेसिस्ट के पद सृजित करने की मांग की।

इसके साथ ही फार्मेसिस्ट के बजाए आशा, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्ता से दवा वितरण के प्रस्ताव पर रोक, सभी मेडिकल स्टोर में फार्मेसिस्ट की अनिवार्यता, कारागार विभाग में फार्मेसिस्ट की लिखित परीक्षा निरस्त करने, वन विभाग में फार्मेसिस्ट के पदों का सृजन, प्रस्तावित भेषज सेवा नियमावली में संशोधन, फार्मेसिस्ट संवर्ग का पुनर्गठन, तीन माह के अनिवार्य व्यवहारिक प्रशिक्षण के दौरान प्रशिक्षण भत्ता देने की भी मांग की।
