देहरादून। उत्तराखंड विधानसभा का मानसून सत्र का आज दूसरा दिन है। सदन की कार्यवाही शुरू हो गई है। सरकार की ओर से 5370 करोड़ का अनुपूरक बजट पेश करने के अलावा कई विधेयक भी प्रस्तुत किए जाएंगे। विपक्ष ने कोरोना से लड़ाई के मसले पर काम रोको प्रस्ताव लाने की बात कही है। इसके अलावा जिलों के गठन समेत अन्य मसलों पर विपक्ष की सरकार को घेरने की तैयारी है।

धामी ने की क्षेत्र में मोबाइल टावर लगाने की मांग

धारचूला से कांग्रेसी विधायक हरीश धामी ने अपने क्षेत्र में मोबाइल टावर लगाने की मांग के साथ और केदारनाथ विधायक मनोज रावत चारधाम यात्रा के संचालन को लेकर सदन के बाहर धरने पर बैठ गए। धामी का कहना है कि विधायक निधि से पैसे स्वीकृत करने के बाद भी जिला प्रशासन बजट आवंटित नहीं कर रहा है। वहीं, केदारनाथ विधायक का कहना है कि चारधाम यात्रा का संचालन शुरू न होने से लोगों की रोजी रोटी पर सवाल खड़ा हो रहा है, जिसकी मांग को लेकर वो धरने पर बैठे है।

मानसून सत्र के पहले दिन दिवंगत नेता प्रतिपक्ष डा.इंदिरा हृदयेश, उप्र के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री कल्याण सिंह, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री बची सिंह रावत समेत सात पूर्व विधायकों श्रद्धांजलि दी गई। नतीजतन पहला दिन शांतिपूर्ण गुजरा, लेकिन मंगलवार से सत्र के हंगामेदार रहने के आसार हैं। इस बीच सोमवार देर शाम को हुई विधानसभा की कार्यमंत्रणा समिति की बैठक में मंगलवार का बिजनेस तय किया गया। मंगलवार को प्रश्नकाल व शून्यकाल तो चलेंगे ही, वर्ष 2022-22 के लिए अनुपूरक बजट के साथ ही विधेयक भी सरकार की ओर से पेश किए जाएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी शाम चार बजे अनूपूरक बजट पेश करेंगे।

-उत्तराखंड नगर निकायों एवं प्राधिकरणों के लिए विशेष प्रविधान (संशोधन) विधेयक।

-उत्तराखंड विनियोग (2021-22 का अनुपूरक) विधेयक।
