देहरादून:- शिक्षा मंत्री अरविंद पांडेय ने सदन के पटल पर रखे शिक्षा से जुड़े अधिनियम, राज्यपाल की अनुमति से अब सभी अधिनियमो को मिली मंजूरी,

उत्तराखण्ड विनियोग विधेयक, 2021 जो विधान सभा द्वारा दिनांक 06 मार्च, 2021 को पारित किया गया था, पर माननीय राज्यपाल की अनुमति दिनांक 20 मार्च, 2021 को प्राप्त हो गयी और वह उत्तराखण्ड का वर्ष 2021 का आठवां अधिनियम बन गया।

उत्तराखण्ड (उत्तर प्रदेश नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1959) (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2021 जो विधान सभा द्वारा दिनांक 06 मार्च, 2021 को पारित किया गया था, पर माननीय राज्यपाल की अनुमति दिनांक 07 अप्रैल, 2021 को प्राप्त हो गयी और वह उत्तराखण्ड का वर्ष 2021 का नौवां अधिनियम बन गया।

उत्तराखण्ड (उत्तर प्रदेश नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1916) (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2021 जो विधान सभा द्वारा दिनांक 06 मार्च, 2021 को पारित किया गया था, पर माननीय राज्यपाल की अनुमति दिनांक 07 अप्रैल, 2021 को प्राप्त हो गयी और वह उत्तराखण्ड का वर्ष 2021 का दसवां अधिनियम बन गया।

उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत ने सदन के पटल पर रखे अधिनियम, राज्यपाल की मिली अनुमति,

इक्फाई विश्वविद्यालय (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2021 जो विधान सभा द्वारा दिनांक 04 मार्च, 2021 को पारित किया गया था, पर माननीय राज्यपाल की अनुमति दिनांक 12 मई, 2021 को प्राप्त हो गयी और वह उत्तराखण्ड का वर्ष 2021 का ग्यारहवां अधिनियम बन गया।

उत्तराखण्ड पंचायतीराज (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2021 जो विधान सभा द्वारा दिनांक 04 मार्च, 2021 को पारित किया गया था, पर माननीय राज्यपाल की अनुमति दिनांक 18 मई, 2021 को प्राप्त हो गयी और वह उत्तराखण्ड का वर्ष 2021 का बारहवां अधिनियम बन गया।

उत्तराखण्ड राज्य कृषि उपज और पशुधन विपणन (प्रोत्साहन एवं सुविधा) (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2021 जो विधान सभा द्वारा दिनांक 04 मार्च, 2021 को पारित किया गया था, पर माननीय राज्यपाल की अनुमति दिनांक 20 मई, 2021 को प्राप्त हो गयी और वह उत्तराखण्ड का वर्ष 2021 का तेरहवां अधिनियम बन गया।

उत्तराखण्ड (उत्तर प्रदेश जमींदारी विनाश और भूमि व्यवस्था अधिनियम, 1950) (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2021 जो विधान सभा द्वारा दिनांक 04 मार्च, 2021 को पारित किया गया था, पर माननीय राज्यपाल की अनुमति दिनांक 25 मई, 2021 को प्राप्त हो गयी और वह उत्तराखण्ड का वर्ष 2021 का चौदहवां अधिनियम बन गया।

सूरजमल विश्वविद्यालय विधेयक, 2021 जो विधान सभा द्वारा दिनांक 06 मार्च, 2021 को पारित किया गया था, पर माननीय राज्यपाल की अनुमति दिनांक 23 जून, 2021 को प्राप्त हो गयी और वह उत्तराखण्ड का वर्ष 2021 का पन्द्रहवां अधिनियम बन गया।

स्वामी राम हिमालयन विश्वविद्यालय विधेयक, 2021 जो विधान सभा द्वारा दिनांक 06 मार्च, 2021 को पारित किया गया था, पर माननीय राज्यपाल की अनुमति दिनांक 23 जून, 2021 को प्राप्त हो गयी और वह उत्तराखण्ड का वर्ष 2021 का सोलहवां अधिनियम बन गया।

देव भूमि उत्तराखण्ड विश्वविद्यालय विधेयक, 2021 जो विधान सभा द्वारा दिनांक 06 मार्च, 2021 को पारित किया गया था, पर माननीय राज्यपाल की अनुमति दिनांक 15 जुलाई, 2021 को प्राप्त हो गयी और वह उत्तराखण्ड का वर्ष 2021 का सत्रहवां अधिनियम बन गया।

3 :- उत्तराखंड माल और सेवा कर (संशोधन) विधेयक पुनस्थापित हुआ,

4 :- हिमालयन गढ़वाल विश्वविद्यालय (संशोधन) विधेयक पुनर्स्थापित हुआ,

5:- उत्तराखंड फल पौधशाला (विनियमन) विधेयक पुनर्स्थापित हुआ,

6 :- उत्तराखंड नगर निकायों एवं प्राधिकरणों के लिए विशेष प्रविधान (संशोधन) विधेयक पुनर्स्थापित हुआ,
