हल्द्वानी : पूर्व सीएम व कांग्रेस के चुनाव अभियान समिति के अध्यक्ष हरीश रावत अपने मिजाज के अनुसार इन दिनों वादों और घोषणाओं में जुटे हैं। सरकार आने पर 200 यूनिट बिजली फ्री, हर माह गृहणी को 200 रुपये कुकिंग सब्सिडी के अलावा बेरोजगार युवाओं व महिलाओं के लिए अलग से अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। खास बात यह है कि हरदा के यह सभी वादे इंटरनेट मीडिया के माध्यम से ज्यादा वायरल होते हैं। अब देखना यह है कि चुनावी घोषणापत्र में इन वादों को कितनी अहमियत मिलती है।

कांग्रेस हाईकमान ने उत्तराखंड चुनाव को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जुलाई में बड़ा फेरबदल किया था। प्रीतम सिंह को अध्यक्ष से हटा नेता प्रतिपक्ष का जिम्मा दिया गया। जबकि पूर्व विधायक गणेश गोदियाल को पीसीसी चीफ बनाया गया। वहीं, जातीय व क्षेत्रीय संतुलन को साध चार कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष भी बनाए गए। अब परिवर्तन यात्रा के जरिये तीन सितंबर से प्रचार का आगाज भी हो जाएगा। हालांकि, इंटरनेट मीडिया पर सक्रिय पूर्व सीएम हरीश रावत लगातार घोषणाओं और संकल्पों के माध्यम से प्रयास में जुटे हैं कि कैसे भी करके चुनाव में कांग्रेस की मजबूत जमीन तैयार हो सके। वहीं, घोषणाओं को लेकर जाने वाली आम आदमी पार्टी और उसके नेताओं को भी खास अंदाज में निशाने में ले रहे हैं।

संकल्प और वादे

युवा मांगे रोजगार अभियान के तहत एक नंबर लांच कर लोगों से मिस कॉल करने की अपील की गई है। रोजगार या बेरोजगारी भत्ते के अलावा दलित व वंचित वर्ग की महिलाओं को स्वयं सहायता समूह से जोडऩे की बात कहीं गई है। इसके अलावा महिला उद्यमियों के लिए भी नंबर जारी किया गया है।
