सोशल मीडिया पर चल रहे अपने एक अजीबोगरीब बयान के चलते उत्तराखंड के आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री डॉ.धन सिंह रावत पर मानों ‘आपदा’ ही टूट पड़ी हो। इसके चलते उनका जमकर मजाक उड़ाया जा रहा है। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी नेता हरीश रावत ने तो तंजिया लहजे में उनके लिए भारत रत्न की मांग कर डाली।सोमवार को आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत का सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो बयान आया। जिसमें वह कहते सुनाई दे रहे हैं कि अब एक ऐसा एप आया है, जिसके जरिये कहीं भी बारिश को कम या ज्यादा किया जा सकता है। वह शीघ्र ही इस एप का प्रजेंटेशन केंद्र सरकार को देने जा रहे हैं। अगर केंद्र सरकार की ओर से अनुमति मिलती है तो यह एप कई राज्यों के लिए वरदान साबित होगा। मंत्री का यह बयान सोशल मीडिया में वायरल होते ही उस पर प्रतिक्रियाओं की बाढ़ सी आ गई। ज्यादातर में मंत्री के इस अवैज्ञानिक दावे की हंसी उड़ाई गई है।हालांकि सोशल मीडिया पर मंत्री के बयान संबंधी वायरल वीडियो पूरा नहीं है। इससे यह पता नहीं चल पा रहा है कि कैबिनेट मंत्री ने किस संदर्भ में यह बात कही। लेकिन चुनावी माहौल में कांग्रेस ने इसे एक अवसर की तरह लपका। पूर्व सीएम हरीश रावत ने अपने फेसबुक पेज पर लिखा कि भाजपा के वरिष्ठ मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत का फेसबुक लाइव स्टेटमेंट देखने को मिला। उत्तराखंड के कुछ हिस्सों में बारिश कम होती है, कुछ में ज्यादा होती है। अब उत्तराखंड के कष्ट तो मिट ही जाएंगे, मगर धन सिंह जिस एप को केंद्र सरकार को दिखाने जा रहे हैं, उसके जरिये अब पूरे देश में बारिश की अनिश्चितता के कारण पैदा होने वाली चुनौतियों से निपटा जा सकेगा।
