ऋषिकेश। ऋषिकेश से देहरादून के बीच रानीपोखरी की जाखन नदी में टूटे पुल के वैकल्पिक मार्ग का निर्माण लोक निर्माण विभाग ने तेज कर दिया है। विभाग की टीम ने 240 मीटर लंबे काजवे का आधार तैयार कर लिया है। हालांकि, अभी थानों वन क्षेत्र में पेड़ों के कटान की अनुमति नहीं मिली है। इतना जरूर है कि लोनिवि की टीम ने जंगल से नदी तक एप्रोच रोड का आधार तैयार कर दिया है।

गढ़वाल मंडल और ऋषिकेश को देहरादून से जोड़ने वाला रानीपोखरी में जाखन नदी के ऊपर 57 वर्ष पूर्व बना पुल बीते शुक्रवार को बाढ़ के कारण क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया था। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मौके पर पहुंचकर लोक निर्माण विभाग को यहां एक सप्ताह के भीतर वैकल्पिक मार्ग बनाने के साथ नये पुल के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए थे।

लोक निर्माण विभाग के प्रमुख अभियंता हरिओम शर्मा ने बताया था कि 550 मीटर लंबे वैकल्पिक मार्ग के रास्ते में आने वाले पेड़ों के कटान की अनुमति जिलाधिकारी की ओर से आपदा प्रबंधन को देखते हुए विशेषाधिकार के तहत जारी की जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रारंभिक सर्वे में 120 पेड़ इस मार्ग पर आ रहे थे। अब सभी पेड़ों की गिनती फाइनल हो चुकी है। इनमें कुल 162 पेड़ आ रहे हैं।

बीते मंगलवार को ऋषिकेश की दिशा से रानीपोखरी पेट्रोल पंप के बगल में वैकल्पिक मार्ग का निर्माण शुरू कर दिया गया था। एक रोज पहले 100 मीटर मार्ग का आधार तैयार किया जा चुका था। बुधवार को यहां 240 मीटर आधार तैयार किया जा चुका है। लोक निर्माण विभाग की टीम ने विभागीय वाहनों को जौलीग्रांट की दिशा से निर्माण स्थल तक पहुंचाने के लिए लिंक मार्ग बनाया है। लेकिन इस मार्ग का प्रयोग कार्य पूरा होने तक सिर्फ विभाग ही करेगा। लोनिवि की टीम ने नदी के दूसरे छोर पर भी एप्रोच रोड का आधार तैयार कर दिया है।

प्रभारी अधिशासी अभियंता आरसी कैलखुरा ने बताया कि यहां पानी के बहाव के ऊपर पाइप बिछाने का काम गुरुवार को शुरू कर दिया । इसके बाद इस पर डामर बिछाकर इसे वाहनों के इस्तेमाल लायक बनाया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि करीब 250 मीटर वन्य क्षेत्र में पेड़ों के कटान की अनुमति मिलने के बाद वन विभाग इस पर काम शुरू कर देगा। रास्ता साफ होने के बाद यहां भी वैकल्पिक मार्ग का निर्माण अगले शेष दिनों में कर दिया जाएगा

मुख्य अभियंता ने किया निरीक्षण

लोक निर्माण विभाग के क्षेत्रीय मुख्य अभियंता एनपी सिंह ने अधीक्षण अभियंता पीएस बृजवाल के साथ कार्य स्थल का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने अस्थायी खंड के अभियंताओं के साथ आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अन्य वैकल्पिक मार्गों के संबंध में भी चर्चा की। प्रभारी अधिशासी अभियंता कैलखुरा ने उन्हें बताया कि रानीपोखरी से घमंड पुर होते हुए जाने वाले वैकल्पिक मार्ग का निरीक्षण किया जा चुका है, यहां भी नदी में पानी है। इसमें मशीनें लगाकर समतलीकरण किया जाएगा और पानी वाली जगह में पाइप डालकर इस रास्ते को वैकल्पिक मार्ग के रूप में प्रयोग में लाया जाएगा। निरीक्षण के दौरान मौके पर सहायक अभियंता सतीश कुमार, अवर सहायक अभियंता उपेंद्र कुमार गोयल, सीडी सैनी, राजेश कुमार, ओम प्रकाश चंद्रा आदि मौजूद रहे।
