हल्द्वानी : हल्द्वानी में नाबालिग के साथ छेड़खानी करने के आरोप में रविवार की सुबह एक पुलिस कर्मी को लोगों ने पकड़ लिया। जिसके बाद उसकी जमकर पिटाई की और वीडियो बनाकर वायरल कर दिया। वहीं वीडियो वायरल होने पर विभाग ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए आरोपित हेड कांस्टेबल को तत्काल प्रभाव से सस्पेंड कर दिया है़। साथ ही मामले की जांच की जा रही है।

मुखानी थाना क्षेत्र में रहने वाले और कोतवाली में तैनात हेड कांस्टेबल मदन परिहार पर नाबालिग बच्ची के साथ छेड़छाड़ का आरोप है। कहा जा रहा है कि पुलिस कर्मचारी दूध लेने के लिए पास की ही दुकान पर जाता था, जहां दुकान पर मौजूद नाबालिग बच्ची के साथ छेड़छाड़ करता था। बच्ची की शिकायत पर स्वजनों ने छेड़छाड़ का मामला वीडियो बनाकर मोबाइल फोन में कैद कर लिया। जिसके बाद आरोपित हेड कांस्टेबल को मौके पर ही पकड़कर पीटना शुरू कर दिया।

पिटाई का मामला रविवार सुबह 10 बजे का बताया जा रहा है। जिसमें दो से तीन लोग पुलिस कर्मचारी के साथ बेरहमी से मारपीट कर रहे हैं और मारपीट के बाद पुलिस कर्मचारी को पेड़ में बांधने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। मारपीट करते हुए वीडियो बना रहे लोग पुलिस कर्मचारी पर बच्ची से छेड़छाड़ का आरोप भी लगा रहे हैं। पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी शांतनु पाराशर ने बताया कि मामला उनके संज्ञान में है। इस संबंध में नाबालिक बच्ची के पिता की ओर से तहरीर दी जा रही है। जिसके आधार पर आरोपित पुलिस कर्मचारी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया जाएगा।

साथ ही पुलिस कर्मचारी को विभाग की ओर से सस्पेंड भी कर दिया गया है। पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी ने बताया कि मारपीट करने वाले लोगों को भी चिन्हित करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। फिलहाल पुलिस की पिटाई का वीडियो इंटरनेट मीडिया समूहों में वायरल हो रहा है। जिस पर लोग अलग-अलग तरह से अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दे रहे हैं।
