देहरादून। मानसून के दौरान बारिश के कारण सड़कों पर बनने वाले गड्ढों से निजात दिलाने के लिए लोक निर्माण विभाग 15 सितंबर से 30 अक्टूबर तक विशेष अभियान चलाएगा। प्रमुख सचिव लोक निर्माण विभाग आरके सुधांशु ने इसके लिए सभी जिलाधिकारियों को पत्र लिखकर कहा है कि इस अभियान की निगरानी के लिए जिलास्तरीय अधिकारियों की तैनाती करें। गुणवत्ता के संबंध में कोई तथ्य संज्ञान में आए तो इसकी जानकारी शासन को भी दी जाए।

प्रदेश में मानसून के दौरान सड़कों पर गड्ढे हो जाते हैं। इससे सड़कों पर आवागमन में परेशानी होने के साथ ही दुर्घटनाओं की संभावना भी बनी रहती है। प्रदेश में इस समय विभिन्न सड़कों की स्थिति इसी प्रकार की है। इसे देखते हुए प्रदेश सरकार ने सड़कों को आवागमन के लिए सुलभ बनाने के लिए डेढ़ माह का विशेष अभियान चलाने का निर्णय लिया है। इसके लिए प्रमुख अभियंता लोक निर्माण विभाग ने प्रत्येक जिले में लोक निर्माण विभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाली सड़कों की स्थिति, संख्या व अन्य विवरण उपलब्ध कराए हैं। शासन ने यह सूची सभी जिलों को उपलब्ध कराई है। इसके साथ ही शासन ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि संबंधित कार्यों को निर्धारित समय पर पूरा कराना सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता में शामिल है। इसे देखते हुए सभी जिलाधिकारी सड़कों को गड्ढा मुक्त बनाने को होने वाले कार्यों की निगरानी के लिए जिलास्तरीय अधिकारियों की तैनाती सुनिश्चित करें। इसमें गुणवत्ता का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाए।

मंगलवार को अपर मुख्य सचिव आनंदवर्द्धन ने भी इस संबंध में लोक निर्माण विभाग, वित्त, आवास, आपदा प्रबंधन व एमडीडीए समेत अन्य अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। उन्होंने कहा कि लोक निर्माण विभाग सड़कों को गड्ढा मुक्त करने के लिए कार्यवाही करना सुनिश्चित करे।
