देहरादून। प्रदेश सरकार अब मुफ्त स्वास्थ्य जांच योजना में तेजी ला रही है। इस कड़ी में एक माह के भीतर सभी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में यह योजना शुरू कर दी जाएगी। इसके लिए सभी जिलों में निजी लैब से करार किए जा रहे हैं। प्रदेश सरकार ने हाल ही में सभी अस्पतालों में विभिन्न तरह की जांच को मुफ्त करने का निर्णय लिया है।

पहले चरण में सरकार ने राज्य के छह जिलों देहरादून, हरिद्वार, टिहरी, ऊधमसिंह नगर, नैनीताल और अल्मोड़ा के 38 अस्पतालों में यह योजना शुरू की है। योजना के तहत मरीजों की बायोकेमिस्ट्री, हेमेटोलाजी, विटामिन, हार्मोन, बायोप्सी, इम्युनोलोजी व ट्यूमर मार्कर समेत 207 तरह की मुफ्त जांच की जा रही हैं। इसके लिए समय भी तय कर दिया गया है। अभी कई जिलों में जांच की सुविधा तो है लेकिन पूरी तरह नहीं। जांच उपकरण हैं लेकिन तकनीकी विशेषज्ञ कर्मचारियों की कमी के कारण इनका समुचित इस्तेमाल नहीं हो पा रहा है। विधानसभा सत्र के दौरान भी यह मसला उठ चुका है।

इस कारण मरीजों को कई प्रकार की जांच सरकारी चिकत्सालयों के बाहर से करानी पड़ती है। कुछ जांच महंगी होने के कारण ये मरीजों पर भारी पड़ती हैं। इसे देखते हुए सरकार ने 207 तरह की जांच चिह्नित करते हुए इन्हें निजी लैब के जरिये मुफ्त कराने का निर्णय लिया है। इसका एक फायदा यह है कि अस्पतालों में तकनीकी विशेषज्ञ की कमी महसूस नहीं होगी। दूसरा यह कि मरीजों को एक ही स्थान पर कई प्रकार की मुफ्त जांच की सुविधा मिलेगी। प्रदेश में इस समय 13 जिला चिकित्सालय, 21 उप जिला चिकित्सालय और 80 सामुदायिक केंद्रों में इन सेवाओं को शुरू करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।

दूसरे चरण में शेष बचे हुए चिकित्सालयों में ये जांच शुरू की जाएंगी। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डा धन सिंह रावत का कहना है कि सरकार ने एक माह के भीतर सभी सामुदायिक केंद्र स्तर तक मुफ्त जांच शुरू करने का निर्णय लिया है। इसके लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देशित कर दिया गया है।
