आयुष्मान योजना के तहत कैंसर, हार्ट सहित कुल 409 बीमारियों के इलाज के पैकेज बढ़ गए हैं। इससे प्राइवेट अस्पताल मरीजों के इलाज से इंकार नहीं करेंगे और लोगों को बड़ी राहत मिल जाएगी। इलाज की दरों में 10 प्रतिशत से लेकर 100 प्रतिशत से अधिक तक का इजाफा किया गया है। आम लोगों को निशुल्क इलाज की सुविधा देने के लिए आयुष्मान योजना शुरू की गई है। इस योजना के तहत लोगों को पांच लाख रुपये तक का निशुल्क इलाज मिलता है।

जबकि सरकारी कर्मचारियों व पेंशनर्स को अनलिमिटेड कैशलेस इलाज की सुविधा दी जा रही है। आयुष्मान योजना के तहत पैकेज की दर कम होने की वजह से कई बार इलाज में दिक्कत आ रही थी। खासकर बड़े अस्पताल पैकेज कम होने की वजह से योजना से जुड़ ही नहीं रहे थे। इस परेशानी को देखते हुए स्टेट हेल्थ एजेंसी पैकेज बढ़ाने के प्रयास कर रही थी।

इसके बाद अब नेशनल हेल्थ एजेंसी ने इलाज की दरें बढ़ा दी हैं। स्टेट हेल्थ एजेंसी के चेयरमैन डीके कोटिया ने बताया कि 409 बिमारियों के पैकेज की दरों में 10 प्रतिशत से 100 प्रतिशत तक की वृद्धि की गई है। कुछ बीमारियों में तो यह इजाफा 100 प्रतिशत से भी अधिक है। उन्होंने बताया कि कैंसर, हृदय रोग, हड्डी रोग, स्त्री रोग एवं सामान्य सर्जरी के इलाज में दरें बढ़ाई गई हैं।

कुछ इस तरह हुआ इजाफा
हार्ट रोगियों में वाल्व रिप्लेसमेंट के लिए अभी तक आयुष्मान योजना में एक लाख 19 हजार रुपये की दर तय थी। इसे बढ़ाकर अब डेढ़ लाख कर दिया गया है। इसी तरह हार्ट के अन्य प्रोसीजर की दरें भी बढ़ाई गई हैं। अपैन्डिस के इलाज पर अभी तक 11 हजार तय था जो अब 19 हजार किया गया है। पित्त की थैली में पथरी के ऑपरेशन के लिए 22 हजार रुपये तय थे जो अब बढ़कर 28 हजार कर दिए गए हैं। इसी तरह कैंसर व अन्य 409 बीमारियों के इलाज की दर बढ़ाई गई हैं।

प्राइवेट अस्पताल जुडेंगे
राज्य कर्मचारियों की एक प्रमुख मांग आयुष्मान योजना के तहत पैकेज बढ़ाने की थी। अब पैकेज बढ़ने से कर्मचारियों को भी राहत मिलेगी। इसका सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह होगा कि प्राइवेट अस्पताल योजना के तहत इलाज से आनाकानी नहीं करेंगे। जो अस्पताल योजना में शामिल नहीं हो रहे थे उनके भी शामिल होने की उम्मीद बढ़ गई है।

31 अक्तूबर तक लागू होंगी नई दरें
स्टेट हेल्थ एजेंसी के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी अरुणेंद्र सिंह चौहान ने बताया कि पैकेज की नई दरें राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण के आईटी सिस्टम पर 31 अक्टूबर 2021 तक अपडेट कर दी जायेंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस संदर्भ में सभी अस्पतालों को अवगत भी करया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे मरीजों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी।
