देहरादून। आज शुक्रवार को नवरात्र के दूसरे दिन मां ब्रह्मचारिणी की पूजा अर्चना की गई। भक्‍तों ने मंदिरों में जाकर पूजा की और माता का आशीर्वाद लिया। ब्रह्मचारिणी ब्रह्म शक्ति यानी तप की शक्ति का प्रतीक है। इनकी पूजा अर्चना करने से भक्तों की तप करने की शक्ति बढ़ती है। कथा का सार है कि जीवन के संघर्षों में मन को विचलित नहीं होना चाहिए।

मां दुर्गा की आराधना का पर्व शारदीय नवरात्र की शुरुआत गुरुवार से हो गई है। भक्तों ने जयकारों और माता के भजनों के साथ माता का स्वागत किया। मंदिर और घरों में घट स्थापना के साथ पहले दिन माता के शैलपुत्री स्वरूप की पूजा की गई। मंदिरों में सुबह से ही श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ उमड़ी रही, घरों में हवन हुआ।

नवरात्र के पहले दिन घर एवं मंदिरों में श्रद्धालुओं ने माता की प्रतिमाएं स्थापित की हैं। श्रद्धालु भक्ति गीतों और ढोल की थाप पर नाचते-गाते प्रतिमाएं लेकर आए और उन्हें विधि-विधानपूर्वक स्थापित किया एवं अखंड ज्योति प्रज्जवलित की गई। दुर्गा सप्तशती का पाठ और हवन किया गया। माता के मंदिरों में सुबह से ही श्रद्धालु पहुंचने शुरू हो गए थे। मंदिरों में कलश यात्रा भी निकाली गई। श्री सनातन धर्म मंदिर प्रेम नगर में देवी के प्रथम स्वरूप मां शैलपुत्री की पूजा अर्चना पुजारी राजू उपाध्याय ने पूरे विधि विधान से की। शाम को मंदिर में भजन कीर्तन हुए। इस दौरान मंदिर के प्रधान सुभाष माकिन, अवतार किशन, गुलशन माकिन, रवि भाटिया, नरेंद्र खत्री, कांता चावला, संगीता भाटिया, अनीता मल्होत्रा समेत अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
