पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री यशपाल आर्य की कांग्रेस पार्टी में वापसी के बाद बागियों के लिए रास्ता खुलने की अटकलों के बीच पार्टी के भीतर ही खेमेबाजी शुरू हो गई है। एक गुट जहां पर्दे के पीछे रहकर बागियों की वापसी का रास्ता बुन रहा है, वहीं दूसरे गुट ने तमाम शर्तों के बैरियर लगा दिए हैं।

पार्टी के भीतर ही वर्चस्व की जंग
विधानसभा चुनाव की तैयारी के बीच एक तरह से पार्टी के भीतर ही वर्चस्व की जंग चल रही है। इस जंग में हर कोई अपना पलड़ा भारी रखना चाहता है। ताकि भविष्य के समीकरणों को अभी से साधा जा सके।

कांग्रेस पार्टी के राजनीतिक सूत्रों की मानें तो आने वाले दिनों में पार्टी में तमाम नए चेहरे शामिल हो सकते हैं। इनमें उन कुछ बागियों के नाम भी गिनाए जा रहे हैं, जिन्होंने वर्ष 2016 में हरीश सरकार गिराई थी। खास बात यह है कि पार्टी के एक गुट का जोर विशेषकर बागियों की वापसी पर है। जो चाहता है कि पार्टी के भीतर इनकी एंट्री कराकर अपने कुनबे और मजबूत स्थिति में खड़ा किया जाए।

एक दिन पहले पूर्व सीएम हरीश रावत बागियों की वापसी पर तमाम तरह के वीटो लगा चुके हैं। उनका साफ कहना है कि उत्तराखंड की मूल मान्यता और यहां की राजनीतिक संस्कृति को बचाने के लिए बागियों को वापसी से पहले सार्वजनिक माफी जरूरी है। 
कौन आएगा, कौन नहीं, यह अधिकार पार्टी हाईकमान का
इधर, पार्टी सूत्रों का कहना है बागियों की वापसी की राह आसान हो सकती है, बशर्ते वह माफी के साथ हरीश रावत को अपना नेता मान लें। जबकि दूसरे गुट के मिजाज इससे इतर हैं। उनका कहना है कि पार्टी में कौन आएगा, कौन नहीं आएगा, यह अधिकार पार्टी हाईकमान के अलावा किसी को नहीं है। जो व्यक्ति कांग्रेस में आस्था जताते हुए वापसी करना चाहता है, यदि वह पार्टी हित में होगा तो उसकी जरूर वापसी होगी।
कांग्रेस में यदि राजनीतिक रूप से रिवर्स पलायन की स्थिति आ रही है तो इसका श्रेय हमारे उन नेतागणों और कार्यकर्ता साथियों को जाता है, जिन्होंने साढ़े चार साल के निरंतर संघर्ष के बाद श्री गणेशाय नम: किया है। अब कांग्रेस इस स्थिति में आई है कि लोग कांग्रेस में शामिल होने की बात कर रहे हैं। कार्यकर्ता साथियों को थोड़ा और जोर लगाना होगा। हम सत्ता से केवल एक कदम दूर हैं।

कांग्रेस पार्टी के दरवाजे सभी के लिए खुले हैं। कौन आएगा और कौन नहीं, यह तय करने का अधिकार पार्टी हाईकमान सोनिया गांधी, राहुल गांधी और प्रियंका गांधी को है। शीर्ष नेतृत्व इस परिप्रेक्ष्य में जो भी निर्णय लेगा वह मुझे मंजूर होगा।
