नैनीताल : उत्‍तराखंड में आफत की बारिश जारी है। लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण प्रदेश की नदियों का जलस्‍तर बढ़ गया है। चंपावत जिले के टनकपुर में शारदा नदी का जल स्तर सुबह नौ बजे तक 4 .75 लाख क्यूसेक जा लगातार बढ रहा है। जिसके बाद शारदा बैराज के सभी गेट खोल दिए गए हैं। काठगोदाम गौला बैराज का जलस्तर मंगलवार सुबह छह बजे 89000 क्यूसेक के स्तर पर पहुंच गया। गौला पूरे उफान पर बह रही है। गोला का इस तरह का रौद्र रूप हाल के वर्षों में कभी नहीं देखा गया। नदी का रौद्र रूप और भयानक शोर आसपास रहने वाले लोगों को डराए हुए हैं। स्थिति से प्रशासन के भी हाथ-पांव फूले हुए हैं। गौला बैराज का जलस्तर सोमवार रात 10 बजे 55000 क्यूसेक को पार कर गया था। पिथौरागढ़ जिले में हिमालय के ग्लेशियरों से निकलने वाली नदियां 2013 की आपदा की तरह रूप लेती जा रही हैं। काली ओर गोरी नदियों का जलस्तर लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है।

140 परिवारों को रात में ही शिफ्ट किया गया

टनकपुर शारदा घाट क्षेत्र में भी पानी घरों तक घुस आया। जिसके बाद एसडीएम हिमांशु कफलटिया व सीओ अभिनाश वर्मा ने शारदा क्षेत्र में रह रहे 140 परिवारों को रात्रि में ही सकुशल धर्मशाला व अन्य जगहों पर सुरक्षित पहुंचा दिया है। एसडीएम कफलटिया ने शारदा नदी के बढ़ते जल स्तर को देखते हुए किसी को बेवजह नदी व नाले क्षेत्र में न जाने की सख्त हिदायत दी है। वहीं पूर्णागिरि मार्ग के किरोडा नाला उफान पर होने पर पूर्णागिरि धाम को आए श्रद्धालुओ के साथ- साथ ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लोग भी नाले का जल स्तर कम होने का इंतजार करते रहे। नाला कम न होने के कारण मायूस होकर वापस लौटना पड़ा। साथ ही बंगाली कॉलोनी में भी लोगों के घरों में पानी घुस गया। लोगों द्वारा अपना घर छोड़कर अन्य स्थान पर जाने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा। इधर उचोलीगोठ, गैंडाखाली व सैलानीगोठ के ग्रामीणों की कई बीघा भूमि नदी में समा गयी है।

गौला नदी ने दिखाया रौद्र रूप

पिछले 36 घंटे से लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण नदियों का जलस्तर तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। काठगोदाम गौला बैराज का जलस्तर मंगलवार सुबह छह बजे 89000 क्यूसेक के स्तर पर पहुंच गया। गौला पूरे उफान पर बह रही है। गोला का इस तरह का रौद्र रूप हाल के वर्षों में कभी नहीं देखा गया। नदी का रौद्र रूप और भयानक शोर आसपास रहने वाले लोगों को डराए हुए हैं। स्थिति से प्रशासन के भी हाथ-पांव फूले हुए हैं। गौला बैराज का जलस्तर सोमवार रात 10 बजे 55000 क्यूसेक को पार कर गया था। रात में स्थिति और खराब होती चली गई। गौला बैराज का खतरे का लेबल 60000 क्यूसेक है। इससे पहले 12 सितंबर 1993 को गौला बैराज का जलस्तर 123900 तक पहुंच गया था।

अल्‍मोड़ा में भी नदियां उफान पर

अल्‍मोड़ा जिले में रामगंगा, कोसी, गगास नदियां उफान पर हैं। पुलिस लोगों को नदी किनारे ना जाने की अपील कर रही है। जल पुलिस की भी तैनाती की गई है। ताकि किसी प्रकार की अप्रिय घटना ना हो सके। पिछले 48 घंटे से बारिश जारी है। सड़के बन्द है। प्रशासन लोगों से सफर ना करने की अपील कर रहा है। बिजली, पानी की व्यवस्था नही होने से लोग परेशान है। संचार व्यवस्था भी लड़खड़ा गयी है।

रुद्रपुर में कल्‍याणी का जलस्‍तर बढ़ा

बारिश से रुद्रपुर की कल्याणी नदी का जलस्तर सोमवार रात को बढ़ गया। इससे नदी किनारे बसे जगतपुरा, रवीन्द्र नगर, पहाड़गंज, भूतबंगला बस्ती में लोगों के घरो में पानी बहुत घुस गया। इसे देखते हुए रात भर पुलिस ने एक हजार लोगो को स्कूल में बनाए गए अस्थाई कैंप तक पहुंचाया गया।
