राजधानी देहरादून स्थित कलेक्ट्रेट में आज कोविड टीकाकरण को लेकर पहला कोविड-19 साप्ताहिक लकी ड्रॉ आयोजित किया गया। जिलाधिकारी व स्मार्ट सिटी के सीईओ डा. आर राजेश कुमार ने इस दौरान लकी ड्रॉ निकाले। जिन विजेताओं के ईनाम निकले हैं उन्हें फोन कर सूचना दे दी गई है।

उन्हें शाम को परेड मैदान में पुरस्कार प्रदान किए जाएंगे। इसमें पांच सैमसंग मोबाइल, तीन इंडक्शन, पांच ट्रैक पेंट, पांच टीशर्ट और पांच शूज दिए जाएंगे। डीएम ने कहा कि लोगों के पास अब भी बहुत से पुरस्कार जीतने का मौका है। पुरस्कार के रूप में इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटी, डबल डोर फ्रिज, एलईडी टीवी समेत कई अन्य सामान दिए जाएंगे।

आठ महीने में पहली डोज का लक्ष्य पूरा
जिले में कोरोना के टीके की पहली डोज का शत प्रतिशत लक्ष्य पूरा किया जा चुका है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग और प्रशासन का दावा है कि 14.27 लाख से अधिक लोगों को कोरोना की पहली डोज लगाने का यह लक्ष्य आठ महीने में पूरा हो गया है। इस कड़ी में दून अस्पताल वार्ड ब्वॉय शैलेंद्र द्विवेदी को पहला टीका लगाया गया था। 

बता दें, कोरोना संक्रमण के शुरुआती दौर में टीकों की कमी समेत तमाम चुनौतियां थीं। इस सबसे जूझने के बाद जिले में सभी को कोरोना टीके की पहली खुराक लगाने में सफलता मिल पाई है। टीकाकरण और इसके प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करने में शासन-प्रशासन, स्वास्थ्य विभाग के साथ ही राजनीतिक, सामाजिक और धार्मिक संगठनों की भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही। अब कोरोना की दूसरी डोज के लिए जिला प्रशासन, स्मार्ट सिटी और स्वास्थ्य विभाग आकर्षक लकी ड्रॉ में शामिल होने का मौका दे रहा है।

सबसे पहले फ्रंटलाइन स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को लगे टीका
केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के दिशा निर्देशों के क्रम में सबसे पहले कोरोना मरीजों के उपचार और देखभाल आदि की व्यवस्था में जुटे स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को टीकाकरण लगना शुरू हुआ। राजकीय दून मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल में 16 जनवरी 2021 को तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत की मौजूदगी में वार्ड ब्वॉय शैलेंद्र द्विवेदी को पहला टीका लगाकर उत्तराखंड में कोरोना टीकाकरण की शुरुआत हुई थी। पहले दिन दो निजी और 32 सरकारी केंद्रों पर 353 स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को टीके की पहली खुराक लगी थी।

मोबाइल टीमों ने दूरस्थ और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में लगाए टीके
बारिश शुरू होने की संभावना को देखते हुए विभाग ने मोबाइल टीमों के माध्यम से जिले पर्वतीय और दूरस्थ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में अभियान के रूप में लोगों का टीकाकरण किया। शुरुआत में जहां जिले में 34 केंद्रों पर टीके लग रहे थे। वहीं बाद में प्रतिदिन 250 से अधिक केंद्र भी बनाए गए। इनमें एक दिन में प्रतिदिन लगभग 30 हजार लोगों तक को प्रतिदिन टीके लगाए गए। 

विभिन्न श्रेणियों में हुआ टीकाकरण 
पहले चरण में फ्रंटलाइन स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों, फ्रंटलाइन वर्कर, फिर 45 साल से अधिक और उसके बाद 18 से 44 साल तक की उम्र वाले लोगों की श्रेणी बनाकर उन्हें भी टीके लगने शुरू हुए। इसके बाद गर्भवती महिलाओं को टीका लगना शुरू हुआ। दिव्यांगों और ऐसे बुजुर्ग जो टीकाकरण केंद्र तक पहुंचने में असमर्थ थे, उन्हें घर जाकर टीके लगाए गए। इससे कोरोना की दहशत के चलते शुरूआत में टीकाकरण केंद्रों पर उमड़ रही भीड़ को किसी तरह नियंत्रित किया जा सका। धीरे-धीरे कोविशील्ड और को-वॉक्सीन के बाद अब स्पूतनिक के टीके भी सरकारी और निजी अस्पतालों में लगने शुरू हुए।

देहरादून जिले में कोरोना टीके की पहली डोज शत प्रतिशत लोगों को लगाई जा चुकी है। दूसरी डोज लगभग 53 प्रतिशत को लगाई जा चुकी है। जिले में 18 साल से अधिक उम्र के कुल 1427997 लाभार्थियों की सूची उपलब्ध कराई गई थी। कोरोना के टीके लगाने में अब तक की सफलता में हर वर्ग का सहयोग रहा। दूसरी डोज भी सभी लोगों को लगाने के लिए जिला प्रशासन और विभागीय अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।
