देहरादून। मातृशक्ति के सक्रिय आंदोलन की वजह से अस्तित्व में आए उत्तराखंड राज्य में महिलाओं को 40 फीसद या ज्यादा टिकट पर आशंकाएं हावीं हैं। राज्य में सत्ता के प्रमुख दावेदारों में शामिल कांग्रेस उत्तरप्रदेश की राह पर आगे बढ़ने का साहस शायद ही दिखा पाए। टिकट वितरण में उन्हीं महिलाओं पर दांव खेला जाएगा, जो जीत की दौड़ में शामिल होंगी। प्रदेश कांग्रेस चुनाव अभियान समिति के अध्यक्ष एवं पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने उत्तरप्रदेश में पार्टी के फैसले को सराहा, लेकिन उत्तराखंड में महिलाओं को ज्यादा टिकट देने के मामले में वह साफतौर पर कुछ भी कहने से बचते दिखाई दिए।

उत्तरप्रदेश से अलहदा उत्तराखंड राज्य बनाने में मातृशक्ति की उल्लेखनीय और निर्णायक भूमिका रही है। इस हिमालयी भूमि में महिलाओं का जन सरोकारों और पर्यावरण संरक्षण से जुड़े आंदोलन और गतिविधियों से पुराना नाता रहा है। बावजूद इसके चुनाव में जब भी महिलाओं को टिकट देने की बात आती है तो राजनीतिक दल पुरुषों को ही तरजीह देते रहे हैं। कांग्रेस महासचिव और उत्तरप्रदेश की प्रभारी प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने 2022 के चुनाव में उत्तरप्रदेश में 40 फीसद महिलाओं को टिकट देने और 10 लाख की धनराशि तक मुफ्त स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं देने की घोषणाएं की हैं।

कांग्रेस के उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव में महिलाओं को केंद्र में रखकर किए जा रहे प्रयोग से उत्तराखंड में उम्मीदें भले ही जगी हों, लेकिन इनके मूर्त रूप लेने के संकेत नहीं हैं। हालांकि पार्टी के भीतर महिलाएं लगातार यह मांग कर रही हैं। उत्तराखंड में कांग्रेस सत्ता की दौड़ में शामिल होने के बावजूद महिलाओं को ज्यादा टिकट देने में जोखिम के पेच को भी टटोल रही है। प्रदेश के कांग्रेसी दिग्गज प्रियंका के फैसले को ताल ठोककर सराह तो रहे हैं, लेकिन इसे यहां भी अमल में लाने को लेकर उनमें हिचक बरकरार है।

प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष गणेश गोदियाल कह चुके हैं कि इस बारे में फैसला सामूहिक रूप से होगा। पार्टी इस बारे में विचार कर रही है। अब प्रदेश में चुनाव अभियान की बागडोर संभाल रहे पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने कहा कि महिलाओं को टिकट देने पर पार्टी विचार करेगी, लेकिन इसके साथ ही तमाम परिस्थितियां भी देखी जाएंगी। महिलाओं को ज्यादा प्रतिनिधित्व देने की चुनौती पर विचार चल रहा है।
