चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान में बीते सप्ताह अतिवृष्टि के बाद दूसरे प्रदेशों के यात्रियों ने अपनी यात्राएं रद्द कर दी हैं। यात्री पैकेज बुक करने वाले एजेंटों से एडवांस जमा की गई धनराशि वापस मांग रहे हैं। जबकि एजेंटों ने बुकिंग धनराशि चारधाम यात्रा मार्ग के होटलों और यात्रियों को ले जाने वाली कारों, टैंपो ट्रेवलर वालों को पहले ही दे दी है। यात्रियों और एजेंटों के बीच एडवांस रुपये वापसी को लेकर विवाद हो रहा है।

यात्रियों ने अब अपनी यात्राएं रद्द करने का निर्णय लिया
गुजरात, मध्यप्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र व दक्षिण भारत के कई राज्यों से यात्रियों ने अपनी बुकिंग ट्रेवल एजेंटों के माध्यम से करा दी थी। बुकिंग के दौरान हरिद्वार से दो धाम व चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान खाना, होटल में ठहरना व कई सुविधाएं भी दी जानी थीं। इसके साथ ही एजेंटों को एडवांस में रकम भी जमा कर दी गई थी। पिछले सप्ताह राज्य में आई आपदा को देखते हुए यात्रियों ने अब अपनी यात्राएं रद्द करने का निर्णय लिया है।

इसके लिए एजेंटों के पास फोन पहुंच रहे हैं। यात्री कह रहे हैं कि उन्हें यात्रा नहीं करनी है। उनका एडवांस में जमा कराया गया रुपया वापस कर दें। ऐसे में ट्रेवल एजेंटों के लिए परेशानी खड़ी हो गई है। ट्रेवल एजेंटों का कहना है कि उन्होंने चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान रुकने के लिए होटल व यात्रियों को लेकर जाने वाली गाड़ियों के संचालकों को एडवांस में रुपया दे दिया है।

हेलीकाप्टर के भी करवाए थे टिकट
यात्रियों ने केदारनाथ जाने के लिए हेलीकॉप्टर के टिकट भी बुक कराए थे। जिन्हें ट्रेवल एजेंटों ने समय से बुक कराकर यात्रियों को भेज भी दिया था। अब यात्री अपने हेलीकॉप्टर के टिकट भी कैंसिल कराने का दबाव एजेंटों पर बना रहे हैं।

बारिश के बाद हरिद्वार से रंगत खत्म
पिछले सप्ताह दो दिन हुई बारिश व गंगा में हरकी पैड़ी पर पर्याप्त जल न आने के कारण यात्री हरिद्वार भी काफी कम संख्या में पहुंच रहे हैं। वहीं अगले पांच दिनों तक लक्सर से हरिद्वार के बीच दक्षिण भारत के राज्यों से आने वाली ट्रेनों के कैंसिल होने का असर भी हरिद्वार में यात्रियों की भीड़ पर देखा जा रहा है।

उत्तराखंड में बारिश के बाद सोशल मीडिया व न्यूज चैनल पर चली खबरों को देखने के बाद दूसरे प्रदेशों से आने वाले यात्रियों के मन में डर बना हुआ है। ऐसे में यात्री अपनी यात्रा रद्द कर रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही वह अपनी एडवांस की धनराशि को वापस मांग रहे हैं।
