डोईवाला (देहरादून)। उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत एक बार फिर शुगर मिल के गेट पर धरने पर बैठ गए हैं। वे डोईवाला शुगर मिल पर प्रदेश में अभी तक गन्ना मूल्य तय न करने का विरोध कर रहे हैं। उनके साथ कांग्रेस के कई कार्यकर्त्ता भी धरना स्थल पर मौजूद हैं।

शुगर मिल के गेट पर धरना दे रहे हरीश रावत ने कहा कि किसानों पर जो तीन काले कानून थोपे गए हैं, इससे किसानों का अपना और उनके बच्चों का भविष्य अंधकार में नजर आ रहा है। उत्तराखंड में तीन और समस्याएं किसानों के सामने उठ खड़ी हुई है। एक तो अभी तक गन्ने का मूल्य भुगतना इकबालपुर चीनी मिल में नहीं हुआ है। गन्ने का खरीद मूल्य घोषित ने होने से किसान सिर्फ अंदाज ही लगा रहा है उनका गन्ना कितने का होगा। तो जल्द इसका मूल्य घोषित हो जाना चाहिए।
