हल्द्वानी : दीवाली पर पटाखे की चिंगारी से एक किराना की दुकान धधक गई। जिससे दुकान स्वामी को ढाई लाख रुपये का नुकसान हुआ है। इधर, गन्ने के खेत में आग लगते ही दमकल विभाग की टीम मौके पर पहुंच गई। टीम की सूझबूझ से दो एकड़ फसल जलने से बच गई।

रामबाग हल्द्वानी निवासी कपिल अग्रवाल की महावीरगंज मंगलपड़ाव में किराना स्टोर था। गुरुवार को दीवाली के दिन उन्होंने दुकान खोली थी। देर शाम वह दुकान बंद कर अपने घर दीवाली मनाने के लिए चले गए। रात 12:25 बजे दुकान में पटाखे की चिंगारी से आग धधक गई। देखते ही देखते आग ने दुकान को चपेट में ले लिया। सूचना पर दमकल विभाग की टीम मौके पर पहुंची। एक घंटा मशक्कत के बाद आग पर काबू पाया गया।

एफएसओ एमपी सिंह ने बताया कि पड़ोस के बच्चों ने दीवाली पर पटाखे जलाए। पटाखे की चिंगारी दुकान के ऊपर गिरने से आग लग गई। बताया आग से दुकान स्वामी को ढाई लाख रुपये का नुकसान हुआ है। इधर, रात साढ़े 12 बजे जीतपुर निगल्टिया में धन सिंह बिष्ट के गन्ने के गेत में पटाखे की चिंगारी से आग लग गई।

धन सिंह ने इसकी सूचना दमकल विभाग को दी। इसके बाद टीम मौके पर पहुंची और बचाव कार्य शुरू कर दिया। दमकल टीम की सर्तकर्ता से आग से कोई हताहत नहीं हुई। एफएसओ एमपी सिंह ने बताया कि आग लगती तो दो एकड़ फसल नष्ट हो जाती। टीम में एफएलएम गिरीश चंद्र जोशी, श्याम सिंह नैनवाल, मुकेश चंद्र, गणेश बिष्ट, मोहसीन, परवेज खान व भुवन चंद्र जोशी रहे।
