हल्द्वानी : लोक निर्माण विभाग ने सड़कों की बदहाली को लेकर अब सिंचाई विभाग और जल संस्थान को भी निशाने पर लिया है। इन दोनों महकमों को बकायदा नोटिस भेजा गया है। पीडब्लूडी अफसरों के मुताबिक शहर में कई जगहों पर पानी की लाइन लीक होने से सड़क को नुकसान पहुंच रहा है। मगर सूचना देने के बावजूद जल संस्थान के अफसरों को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ रहा। वहीं, सिंचाई विभाग की नहरें अक्सर ओवरफ्लो हो जाती है। कुछ जगहों पर क्षतिग्रस्त होने के कारण सारा पानी सड़क पर आ रहा है। ऐसे में विभाग की सड़कों को नुकसान पहुंचता है। ऐसे में गड्डा मुक्त अभियान कैसे पूरा होगा।

लोक निर्माण विभाग का कहना है कि अक्सर लाइन लीकेज की वजह से सड़क पर पानी आ जाता है। उन जगहों पर ज्यादा दिक्कत आती है। जहां पर हाल में पैचवर्क का काम किया गया हो। सड़क पर पानी आते ही डामर आदि उखड़ जाता है। या फिर पूरी तरह सूखता नहीं। यही स्थिति सिंचाई विभाग की है। उसके द्वारा पानी ओवरफ्लो होने से रोकने को लेकर कोई उपाय नहीं किया जाता। देवलचौड़, टीपीनगर समेत कई इलाके ऐसे हैं। जहां हमेशा समस्या खड़ी रहती है। दूसरी तरफ सड़क खराब होने पर सारी जिम्मेदारी विभाग पर आ जाती है। पूर्व में कई बार मौखिक बताने के बावजूद सिंचाई व जल संस्थान ने कुछ नहीं किया। ऐसे में लोनिवि के ईई ने दोनों महकमों के अधिशासी अभिंयता को नोटिस भेजा है।
