हल्द्वानी : राज्य सरकार ने पुराने ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट पोर्टल को हटाकर अधिक सुविधाओं के साथ आपणी सरकार पोर्टल लांच कर दिया है। इसे लांच हुए 12 दिन हो गए हैं, लेकिन अभी तक सुविधा का लाभ जरूरतमंदों को नहीं मिल सका है। पुराना पोर्टल बंद हो गया और नए पोर्टल में तकनीकी खामी है। डाक्यूमेंट अपलोड नहीं हो पा रहे हैं। इसकी वजह से सरकारी नौकरियों में आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों से लेकर आम लोग भटकने को मजबूर हैं। इसके बावजूद उन्हें कहीं सें सही जानकारी नहीं मिल रही है।

सीएससी केंद्रों में चक्कर काट रहे लोग

जिले में 250 से अधिक कामन सर्विस केंद्र (सीएससी) हैं। इन केंद्रों में लोग तमाम तरह के प्रमाण पत्र बनाने को पहुंच रहे हैं, लेकिन जब से नया पोर्टल लांच किया गया है, तब से ही सारे काम ठप हैं। बार-बार केंद्र में पहुंचने के बावजूद प्रमाण पत्र के लिए डाक्यूमेंट तक अपलोड नहीं हो रहे हैं। सबसे अधिक आय, स्थायी, जाति प्रमाण पत्र बनवाने में आ रही है। जन्म व मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र भी बनने बंद हैं।

मिलनी थी 32 की जगह 72 सेवाएं

अभी तक ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट से पांच विभागों की 32 सेवाएं मिलती थीं। 17 नवंबर को सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आपणी सरकार पोर्टल लांच किया। इसमें दावा किया गया कि 72 सेवाएं घर बैठे आनलाइन मिल सकेंगी।

तहसीलदार ने कहा, कल देंगे जानकारी

तहसीलदार संजय सिंह ने बताया कि उन्हें इस मामले में किसी तरह की शिकायत नहीं मिली है। वह 29 नवंबर को पूरी जानकारी हासिल कर बता सकेंगे। जिला पंचायत सदस्य, गौलापार निवेदिता रविशंकर जोशी ने बताया कि बिना तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण दिए नए पोर्टल को अचानक शुरू कर दिया गया। इसकी वजह से छात्र-छात्राएं समेत आमजन को बेवजह परेशान होना पड़ रहा है। प्रमाण पत्र न बनने से काम अटक गए हैं। आवेदन तक नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। गौलापार की ही विनीता का कहना है कि सरकारी नौकरी के लिए आवेदन करना है। इसके लिए स्थायी निवास समेत अन्य प्रमाण पत्र बनवाने हैं। कई दिन से तहसील के ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट कार्यालय पहुंच रहे हैं, लेकिन कोई काम नहीं हो रहा है।
