देहरादून। उत्तराखंड सरकार ने गन्ना किसानों के बाद अब पर्वतीय क्षेत्र के किसानों को राहत देते हुए माल्टा व पहाड़ी नींबू गलगल के समर्थन मूल्य में वृद्धि की है। चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 के लिए सी-ग्रेड के माल्टा का आठ रुपये प्रति किलो और गलगल का पांच रुपये प्रति किलो समर्थन मूल्य घोषित किया गया है। बीते वर्ष के मुकाबले समर्थन मूल्य में एक रुपये की वृद्धि की गई है।

कृषि मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने बताया कि विभाग की ओर से माल्टा व गलगल का समर्थन मूल्य घोषित करने के लिए प्रस्ताव भेजा गया था। उन्होंने इस प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। राज्य में इस वर्ष 1000 टन माल्टा की खरीद पर 80 लाख रुपये व गलगल की खरीद पर 25 लाख रुपये एवं अन्य खर्चों समेत 1.31 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होने का अनुमान है। उन्होंने बताया कि माल्टा व गलगल के लिए प्रमुख उत्पादक जिलों में उद्यान विभाग ने उपार्जन संग्रह केंद्र भी तय किए हैं। जिला उद्यान अधिकारियों को ऐसे केंद्रों के माध्यम से खरीद के लिए विभागीय कार्मिकों को क्रियाशील करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

कैबिनेट मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने कहा कि फल उत्पादक इस व्यवस्था से प्रोत्साहित होंगे। साथ में किसानों की आय में सकारात्मक वृद्धि होगी। इस योजना से राज्य में स्थापित प्रसंस्करण इकाइयों को उचित दर पर कच्चे माल की आपूर्ति हो सकेगी। उन्होंने बताया कि उद्यान एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण विभाग की ओर से राज्य भर में इस योजना के क्रियान्वयन का जिम्मा उत्तराखंड औद्यानिक परिषद को दिया गया है। परिषद औद्यानिक उत्पादों के विपणन के लिए अधिकृत है।
