कोटद्वार में श्री सिद्धबली मंदिर में होने वाला तीन दिवसीय वार्षिक अनुष्ठान महोत्सव आज शुक्रवार से शुरू हो गया है जो पांच दिसंबर तक चलेगा। ब्रह्ममुहूर्त में पांच बजे पिंडी महाभिषेक, मंदिर परिक्रमा और ध्वज पूजा के साथ महोत्सव का शुभारंभ हुआ। शाम को गिंवाई स्रोत पुल से नगर तक शोभायात्रा निकाली जाएगी। महोत्सव के लिए मंदिर समिति और पुलिस प्रशासन की ओर से व्यापक प्रबंध कर लिए गए हैं। 

शोभायात्रा का शुभारंभ मुख्य अतिथि क्षेत्रीय विधायक व वन मंत्री डॉ. हरक सिंह रावत और विशिष्ट अतिथि मेयर हेमलता नेगी शाम तीन बजे गिंवाई स्रोत पुल के समीप करेंगी।

मंदिर समिति की ओर से इस बार की शोभायात्रा को यादगार और भव्य बनाने के लिए कई झांकियां निकाली जाएंगी, जिसमें 16 फीट ऊंचा और 18 फीट लंबा राम मंदिर, सिद्धबाबा का डोला, हनुमान की झांकी, गणपति की झांकी, गंगा अवतरण की झांकी, चक्रवर्ती सम्राट राजा भरत की झांकी, केरला की झांकी मुख्य आकर्षण का केंद्र रहेगी।

महोत्सव के मेला संयोजक अनिल कंसल और महासचिव विवेक अग्रवाल ने बताया कि तीन से पांच दिसंबर तक सिद्धों का डांडा (सिद्धबली मंदिर की पहाड़ी) सिद्धबाबा के जयघोषों से गुंजायमान रहेगा। महोत्सव को लेकर शहरवासियों में उत्साह बना है। कोविड गाइडलाइन का पालन करते हुए कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाएगा।

यातायात पुलिस ने तैयार किया नया ट्रैफिक प्लान
यातायात निरीक्षक शिव कुमार ने बताया कि तीन दिवसीय मेले के दौरान झंडाचौक से मालवीय उद्यान तक सड़क के बीच में होने वाले पार्किंग प्लान को स्थगित कर दिया गया है। यूपी के जिला बिजनौर से ट्रैक्टर में आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के लिए बुद्धापार्क के समीप डिग्री काॅलेज मार्ग पर पार्किंग की व्यवस्था की गई है। भीड़ अधिक होने पर ट्रैक्टरों के लिए डिग्री काॅलेज परिसर में पार्किंग की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। ट्रैक्टरों की वापसी का रूट घराट-बेलडाट चौराहा-देवी मंदिर होते हुए कौड़िया होगा।

छोटे चार पहिया वाहनों के लिए ग्रास्टनगंज स्थित दशहरा मेला मैदान में पार्किंग की व्यवस्था की गई है। दोपहिया वाहन और चार पहिया वाहनों की पार्किंग पुलिंडा मार्ग पर होगी। तिलवाढांग चौकी के समीप पार्किंग के लिए दो प्वाइंट निर्धारित किए गए हैं। झांकी के बुद्धा पार्क तक पहुंचने तक पर्वतीय क्षेत्र से आने वाले वाहनों को दुगड्डा बैरियर पर रोका जाएगा। साथ ही भारी वाहनों को मथुरा वेडिंग प्वाइंट से बेलाडाट की तरफ प्रतिबंधित किया जाएगा।

ऑटो स्टैंड को अस्थायी रूप से हटाया जाएगा। केवल चार ऑटो ही स्टैंड पर लगाने की अनुमति होगी। इसके अलावा 8 प्वाइंटों पर बैरिकेडिंग लगाए गए हैं। इन प्वाइंटों पर पुलिस फोर्स को तैनात किया जाएगा। मार्गों पर भीड़ अधिक होने की दशा में डायर्वजन रूट उसी वक्त निर्धारित किए जा सकेंगे। उन्होंने लोगों से यातायात नियमों का पालन करने में पुलिस का सहयोग करने की अपील की है।
