ऊधमसिंह नगर : बाजपुर में पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री यशपाल आर्य और उनके पुत्र संजीव आर्य पर हमला हुआ है। समर्थकों ने दोनों को बचाकर थाने पहुंचाया। पूर्व जिला पंचायत सदस्य कुलविंदर सिंह किंदा पर हमले का है आरोप।

संजीव आर्य ने आरोप लगाया है कि पुलिस की मौजूदगी में 20 लोगों के साथ किंदा ने लाठी-डंडों से हमला किया है। संजीव आर्य ने कहा, मेरी और पिता की हत्या करने की थी साजिश रची गई थी। दो समर्थकों ने अपने ऊपर वार झेलकर हमें बचाया। वर्ना कुछ भी अनहोनी हो सकती थी। मामले की पूरी जांच की जानी चाहिए। हमले के पीछे जो भी हैं उन्हें कड़ी सजा मिलनी चाहिए।

वर्तमान में यशपाल और संजीव समर्थकों के साथ बाजपुर थाने में हैं। आरोपित पर कार्रवाई की मांग को लेकर उनके समर्थक कर रहे हैं प्रदर्शन। पूर्व मंत्री यशपाल बेटे संजीव के साथ कार्रवाई की मांग को लेकर थाने में ही धरने पर बैठ गए हैं।
