देहरादून: जेपी जोशी केस में सुमन सिंह वल्दिया को बड़ी राहत मिली है कोर्ट ने उन्हें बाइज्जत बरी कर दिया है। उत्तराखंड सचिवालय के चर्चित अपर सचिव जेपी जोशी प्रकरण में उस वक्त सचिवालय में हंगामा मच गया था जब सुमन सिंह वल्दिया को गिरफ्तार किया गया था। पुलिस ने अपनी जांच में यह बताया था कि अपर सचिव जेपी जोशी के पूरे मामले में सुमन सिंह वल्दिया की भूमिका है। 16 महीने की जेल काटने के बाद सुमन सिंह वल्दिया को जमानत मिली थी ।

कुछ सेकेंड की कॉल के आधार पर पुलिस ने सुमन सिंह वल्दिया को आरोपी बना दिया था उस वक्त की सरकार  दबाव था कि 16 महीने तक सुमन वल्दिया को जमानत नहीं मिली। हालांकि तमाम परेशानियों के बावजूद सुमन सिंह वल्दिया इस पूरे मामले में ठोस पैरवी करते रहे और अब जाकर इसका फैसला उनके पक्ष में आया है सुमन सिंह वल्दिया को बाइज्जत बरी किया गया हैं उनके साथ साथ जेपी जोशी को भी बरी कर दिया गया है आरोप लगाने वाली युवती को लेकर बड़ा फैसला जल्द आएगा क्योंकि उन्हें दोषी करार दिया गया है
