रुद्रपुर : लिफ्ट लगाने का ठेका लेने के बाद ठेकेदार ने काम अधूरा छोड़ पैसा हड़प लिया। दूसरे को दिखाने पर पता चला उसने लिफ्ट ही स्थापित गलत कर दी है। शिकायत करने पर न ही पैसे वापस किए और न ही काम पूरा किया। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरु कर दी है।

डा. रुखसाना परवीन ने पुलिस को दी तहरीर में कहा उसका आवासीय व वाणिज्यिक भवन परिसा कांपलेक्स सिविल लाइन रुद्रपुर मे लिफ्ट स्थापित करने का ठेका जून 2010 को छः लाख पचास हजार रुपये मे लेकर मैसर्स अमीन इलेबरेटरर्स एक -88 सेक्टर -10 नाेएडा, ई 40 पांडव नगर दिल्ली को दिया था। जिसका कार्य अबरार अहमद पुत्र स्व. अलीमुददीन निवासी प्रताप विहार गाजियाबाद ने शुरु किया था। ठेके की कुल रकम फर्म स्वामी अबरार अहमद को अदा कर दी गयी थी। अबरार अहमद ने आगामी एक वर्ष तक लिफ्ट का मेन्टीनैंस कार्य अपने खर्च पर करने का भी तय किया था। परंतु अबरार अहमद ने लिफ्ट का काम अंतिम चरण मे छोड दिया। उसके बाद एक अन्य पुरानी लिफ्ट दूसरे शहर से उठाकर लाकर लगाने का कुल खर्च पांच लाख रुपये में तय करते हुए दो लाख पिचहत्तर हजार रुपये हासिल कर लिये। उसके बाद दूसरे स्थान पर तो कार्य करता रहा लेकिन उसका काम अधूरा ही छोड़ दिया।

टोके जाने पर फोन उठाना भी बंद कर दिया। दवाब बनाने पर उसने रवि कुमार और विकास कुमार को स्थापित की गई लिफ्ट का अधूरा काम पूरा करने के लिए भेज दिया। उन्होंने लिफ्ट का गलत स्थापित करने के साथ ही पुराने पुर्जे लगाने की बात कह उस पर 95 हजार रुपये खर्च की बात कह 25 हजार रुपये नकद ले लिए। आरोप है उनके और पैसे मांगने का विरोध करने पर वह दुर्व्यवहार करने लगे। पुलिस ने अबरार अहमद के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।
