देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में जल्द ही भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (आइपीएस), प्रांतीय सिविल सेवा (पीसीएस) और प्रांतीय पुलिस सेवा (पीपीएस) के अधिकारियों के तबादले होंगे। निर्वाचन आयोग की गाइडलाइन के अनुसार यह कदम उठाया जा रहा है। सरकार आइएएस अधिकारियों के पहले ही तबादले कर चुकी है, अब शेष संवर्ग के तबादलों का नंबर है।

प्रदेश में अगले वर्ष विधानसभा चुनाव होने हैं। इसके लिए चुनाव आयोग ने तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। जिलों के अलावा विधानसभा स्तर तक निर्वाचन अधिकारी और सहायक निर्वाचन अधिकारी की तैनाती की जानी है। इन पदों पर एसडीएम स्तर तक के अधिकारियों को तैनात किया जाता है। इसके अलावा विभिन्न कार्यों के लिए नोडल अधिकारी भी तैनात किए जाते हैं। इन सभी की अभी से तैनाती होनी है।

वहीं, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग ने यह स्पष्ट किया है कि तीन साल से एक ही स्थान पर जमे अधिकारियों का स्थानांतरण करना अनिवार्य है। इसका मकसद यह कि इससे चुनाव की प्रक्रिया पर सवाल न उठे और चुनाव पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ संपन्न किए जा सकें। इस कड़ी में कुछ समय पहले शासन बड़े पैमाने पर आइएएस अधिकारियों के तबादले कर चुका है। अब पुलिस और प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के तबादले होने हैं।

मुख्य सचिव एसएस संधु ने हाल ही में सभी विभागाध्यक्षों और जिलाधिकारियों को चुनाव के लिए जल्द से जल्द नोडल अधिकारियों की तैनाती के निर्देश दिए हैं। साथ ही तीन साल से एक स्थान पर जमे अधिकारियों का तबादला करने को कहा है। इस क्रम में शासन व जिला स्तर पर तबादलों को लेकर कसरत शुरू हो गई है। एक ही स्थान पर जमे अधिकारियों की सूची तलब की जा रही है। माना जा रहा है कि अगले सप्ताह बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस व प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के तबादले हो सकते हैं।
