अल्मोड़ा: विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले दावेदारों की परेड सभी राजनीतिक दल करा रहे हैं। दावेदार भी जोर लगाए हुए हैं कि टिकट उन्हें ही मिले। इसके लिए गुणा गणित भी हर कोई लगा रहा है। हाल यह है कि पार्टियों की ओर से मांगे जा रहे आवेदन में भी दावेदारों की भरमार नजर आ रही है। इसके उलट कांग्रेस में अल्मोड़ा जिले की तीन सीटों पर सिर्फ एक-एक ही दावेदार सामने आए हैं। जबकि तीन सीटों पर दो से नौ दावेदार टिकट मांग रहे हैं। सांसद प्रदीप टम्टा ने भी सोमेश्वर से विधायकी का टिकट मांगा है। 

कांग्रेस ने सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों से दावेदारों से आवेदन 10 दिसंबर तक मांगे थे। जिले की छह विधानसभा क्षेत्रों से 18 कार्यकर्ताओं ने टिकट के लिए आवेदन किया है। अल्मोड़ा विधानसभा सीट से पूर्व विधायक मनोज तिवारी, पूर्व नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष शोभा जोशी, ब्लाक प्रमुख हवालबाग बबीता भाकुनी व मनमोहन सिंह ने दावेदारी पेश की है। वहीं सोमेश्वर विधानसभा से टिकट के दो दावेदार सांसद प्रदीप टम्टा और राजेंद्र बाराकोटी हैं। राजेंद बाराकोटी पूर्व में चुनाव लड़ चुके हैं। सल्ट में तो दावेदारों की भरमार हो गई है। यहां से नौ लोगों ने दावेदारी पेश की है।

पिछला चुनाव व उपचुनाव लड़ चुकी गंगा पंचोली के अलावा कार्यवाहक प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रणजीत रावत के पुत्र विक्रम रावत भी सल्ट से चुनाव लडऩा चाहते हैं। ऐसे में अल्मोड़ा, सोमेश्वर, और सल्ट विधानसभा में टिकट फाइनल करने में संगठन को काफी मशक्कत करनी पड़ सकती है। वहीं द्वाराहाट से मदन बिष्ट, रानीखेत से करन माहरा और जागेश्वर से गोविंद सिंह कुंजवाल यानी सिर्फ एक-एक दावेदार का आवेदन आने से उनको टिकट मिलना आसान लग रहा है। वहीं अल्मोड़ा सीट से पूर्व दर्जा मंत्री बिट्टू ने अपना आवेदन सीधे प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी को भेजा है।

सोमेश्वर : प्रदीप टम्टा, राजेंद्र बाराकोटी 

जागेश्वर : गिविंद सिंह कुंजवाल 

द्वाराहाट : मदन बिष्ट

रानीखेत : करन माहरा

सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों से दावेदारों की सूची तैयार कर प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी को भेज दी है। इन्हीं में से किसी एक को टिकट पर अंतिम मुहर हाईकमान लगाएगा।
