मसूरी। देहरादून जिले के मसूरी के किंक्रेग क्षेत्र में कहासुनी के बाद पति ने पत्नी पर पेट्रोल डालकर आग लगा दी। इसमें महिला बुरी तरह से झुलस गई। पुलिस ने आरोपित को गिरफ्तार कर कोर्ट में पेश किया, जहां से उसे 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है।
दरअसल शुक्रवार तड़के नगर पालिका क्वार्टर किंक्रेग निवासी शिवम कोहली ने कोतवाली को लिखित तहरीर के माध्यम से सूचना दी। जिसमें आरोप लगाया कि पिता विरेंद्र कोहली ने माता सुशीला देवी को जान से मारने की नीयत से पेट्रोल डालकर आग लगा दी, जिसमें सुशीला देवी गंभीर रूप से झुलस गई।
पुलिस ने तहरीर के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोपित विरेंद्र कोहली को ङ्क्षकक्रेग से गिरफ्तार कर लिया। कोतवाली प्रभारी निरीक्षक गिरीश चंद शर्मा ने बताया कि आरोपित को न्यायालय में पेश किया गया। आरोपित को चौदह दिन की न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में जेल भेज दिया गया। मामले की विवेचना एसआइ नरेंद्र पुरी को सौंपी गई है।
