हल्द्वानी : उम्मीद है कि नए साल में उत्तराखंड परिवहन निगम के परिचालकों को रूट पर जाने के दौरान परेशानी का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा। ई-टिकट मशीनों की कमी के कारण हर डिपो में परिचालकों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा था। अब दून रीजन में नई और आधुनिक मशीनों का ट्रायल शुरू हो चुका है। मशीनों के सही काम करने पर पहले चरण में एक हजार मशीनों का आर्डर दिया जाएगा।

परिवहन निगम की बसों में अब ई-टिकट मशीनों से टिकट काटे जाते हैं। जिससे परिचालकों को सहूलियत होती है। क्योंकि, मैन्युल टिकट काटने में किमी दर का अनुमान लगाने में असमंजस की स्थिति बन जाती थी। लेकिन अक्सर टिकट मशीनों में तकनीकी खामी का मामला दिक्कत पैदा कर देता था। मशीनों के पुराने होने की वजह से अक्सर यह संकट खड़ा होता था। ऐसे में कई बार परिचालक रूट पर जाने से भी परहेज करते थे। जिस वजह से बसों का संचालन भी प्रभावित होता था।

वहीं, निगम अफसरों की तरफ से मामले को गंभीरता से नहीं लेने पर रोडवेज की सभी यूनियनों द्वारा पूर्व में आंदोलन भी किया गया था। जिसके बाद मुख्यालय ने हर डिपो से ई-टिकट मशीनों की डिमांड का आंकलन कराया। फिलहाल देहरादून रीजन में नई मशीनों का ट्रायल चल रहा है। वहीं, उत्तरांचल रोडवेज कर्मचारी यूनियन के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष कमल पपनै ने बताया कि ई-टिकट मशीन में यह फायदा होता है कि रूट से आने के बाद मशीन कुछ ही देर में टिकट कैश को काउंट कर लेती है। नई मशीनें आने से कर्मचारियों को भी राहत मिलेगी।
