किशोरी को बंधक बनाकर रखने के मामले में आरोपी दवा कारोबारी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक लखनऊ से हरिद्वार घर का काम कराने के लिए लाई गई किशोरी को बंधक बनाकर रखने और मारपीट करने के मामले में पुलिस ने आरोपी शशांक पालीवाल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पुलिस आगे की कार्रवाई कर आरोपी को न्यायालय में पेश करेगी। वहीं आरोपी की पत्नी शिप्रा की तलाश में पुलिस जुटी है।

दवा कारोबारी दंपती पर केस 
मामले में पुलिस ने दवा कारोबारी दंपती के खिलाफ शुक्रवार को मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। किशोरी के शरीर पर चोट के 12 से अधिक निशान पाए गए हैं। किशोरी को देहरादून स्थित राजकीय बाल गृह (किशोरी) भेज दिया गया है। ज्वालापुर कोतवाली क्षेत्र के हरिलोक कालोनी निवासी एक व्यक्ति ने गुरुवार को पुलिस को सूचना दी थी कि उनके पड़ोसी के यहां पर काम करने वाली किशोरी ने उनके घर पहुंचकर अपने साथ हुई मारपीट के बारे में बताया था। जिसके बाद ज्वालापुर कोतवाली से एसआई सद्दाम शेख को मौके पर भेजा गया था। किशोरी को पुलिस ने अपनी अभिरक्षा में ले लिया था। पूछताछ में पता चला था कि महिला का लखनऊ में मायका है और वहीं से वह किशोरी को लेकर आई थी।

शुक्रवार को इस मामले में दवा कारोबारी शशांक पालीवाल और उसकी पत्नी शिप्रा पालीवाल निवासी हरिलोक कॉलोनी ज्वालापुर के खिलाफ पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। शुक्रवार को पुलिस ने किशोरी का मेडिकल कराया। किशोरी के शरीर पर चोट के 12 निशान मिले हैं। फिलहाल कल्याण समिति ने किशोरी को देहरादून स्थित राजकीय बाल गृह (किशोरी) भेज दिया है। पुलिस की ओर से सूचना  दिए जाने के बाद शुक्रवार को किशोरी के चाचा-चाची भी हरिद्वार पहुंच गए हैं। पुलिस की पूछताछ में उन्होंने बताया है कि कुछ दिन पहले वह बच्ची से मिलने आए थे। लेकिन कारोबारी दपंती ने उन्हें किशोरी से मिलने नहीं दिया था। पता चला है कि हर महीने तनख्वाह के तौर पर तीन हजार रुपये किशोरी के चाचा के बैंक खाते में भेजे जाते थे। 

सत्ताधारी पार्टी के नेता ने बनाया था दबाव 
किशोरी से घर में काम कराने और उसे मारपीट करने वाले परिवार के रसूख का अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि पुलिस के घर पर दस्तक देने के बाद से सिफारिश के फोन घनघनाने शुरू हो गए थे। सूत्र बताते हैं कि सत्ताधारी पार्टी के एक बड़े नेता  से लेकर तमाम फोन कॉल मामले को रफा दफा करने के लिए पुलिस को किए गए।

पुलिस पर झाड़ा था रौब 
इतना ही नहीं, पुलिस ने जब महिला को साथ चलने के लिए कहा तो उसकी बेटी ने रौब झाड़ने का भी पूरा प्रयास किया। लेकिन पुलिस की सख्ती के आगे परिवार की एक नहीं चली। वहीं, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ. योगेंद्र सिंह रावत इस पूरे मामले पर नजर बनाए हुए हैं और उन्होंने कार्रवाई के निर्देश पुलिस को दिए हैं। किशोरी के बाल खाने में गिरे थे और काम करते वक्त उसके बाल किसी काम में बाधा न बने। इसके लिए किशोरी के माथे के बालों को काट दिया गया था। 

एसआई सद्दाम शेख की तरफ से दंपती के खिलाफ जूवेनाइल एक्ट व मारपीट की धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है। इस मामले की जांच की जा रही है। जल्द ही दंपती को गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा।
